I love to compare prices in O'Reilly's had them by hands down this time

Car had a difficult time starting this morning. Went to O'REILLY and had the car battery analyzed. The battery was bad. The salesman was very knowledgeable, didn't push the most expensive and showed me the battery he had on his truck and he recommended it. Reasonable price. He changed ou the battery and had my car running smoothly in minutes. Recommend OReilly.

Call store on a Sunday evening while broken down on the road. After a few minutes verified the correct part with the store employee, paid for it over the phone, hired an Uber to retrieve it and bring it to me. Not even close to the right part. These guys are idiots

Super helpful and friendly staff. I left work and noticed I had a headlight bulb out and I sure didn't want to take the dark roads home without both light working (nevermind the cops bothering me about it, lol) so I popped in for a set of replacement bulbs. Both gentlemen there were helpful and even let me borrow a socket (10mm 😂😂) and ratchet so I could get the bulbs in. The store was clean and well stocked even though I didn't get a chance to browse the car wash aisle to see what they carried. Convenient location and great staff made it a good visit with no complaints.

I stopped for a headlight bulb. The guy at the counter was courteous. After a little confusion when I explained high & low beams are on the same bulb while he was asking if I needed high OR low beam, he pulled up the correct bulb, located it in stock, collected my money, went out to my car & installed it. That's why O'Reilly is the BEST auto parts store!!

Had the part I needed and advice to help with installation. ..

Just needed to pick up some new windshield wipers. The crew behind the counter got what we needed and installed them for us with a great attitude despite the rain.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My visit was quick and I got exactly what I needed with a warranty and an competitive price. I highly recommend getting all you automotive needs here.

The men who work here very helpful they helped me with break lines they done a lot more than they had to and all were very friendly. I have been in all local parts stores last weak and they beat them all on helping but I try not to go for parts if I'm in a hurry to none of them.

I highly recommend this place! On our way home to WV from Nashville TN we broke down and these guys were absolutely amazing. I'll probably forever go to an O'Reilly's as long as they treat us like these guys!

Had to visit this store today for unexpected issues with my car. Valerie, Chad and Nick were all concerned with providing great service and worker together as a team to help me solve my problem. Need more like them!
