Wendy's

My wife left me, but the big guy at the window told me it would be okay, which was very nice of him (or her) seeing as I didn't order anything. : )

Love the queso fries 🍟 very yummy and the taco Salad 🥗 wow very yummy never had it 😋

We’re from Canada and we had a little mini basketball tournament so in between the games we had a little break kids got hungry I went to the nearest fast food and it was Wendy’s at this location anyways the workers there were oh my gosh so nice smiles from ear to ear……. I go to use my card and their machine wouldn’t work for some reason they asked for cash all I had was Canadian money then I told them forget about the order I’m sorry we’re going to be late for the game…… the manager there super nice with curly hair I wish I knew her name told me to take the order and good luck at the game……wow this would never of happened if we were in Canada honestly I was too shy to even take the order but she was literally pushing it my way. God bless America honestly all the people we met there were super super super nice.

Drive thru only. Walk to the door was locked. Should have a sign saying drive thru only. Service was fast, Food was good 👍.

The drive thru is always slow at this location, but the food is always hot. Got to take the good with the bad.

The service and food quality is consistent. Good location off 23 in the Green Oak/Brighton area near Costco and Kohl’s and other stores nearby.

I enjoy Wendy's for a good fast food fix, particularly if I feel like a cooked to order burger, and the fries are generally underrated. But I find myself going to the one on Lee Rd in Brighton more often than any other location because the people there have always treated me with grace, kindness and respect. They recognize me as a regular and are extremely kind and go the extra mile for service. I highly recommend this Wendy's and I will keep visiting!

I love this Wendy’s! I just moved here from Indiana and I work down the street. I have never visited the same Wendy’s multiple times and have had 100% fresh food every single time along with great customer service. The guy at the back window around 1 p.m. today is always working when I stop by and he always shows he cares about the customers coming through the drive thru and makes sure we’re having a good day. Always a pleasant experience here at this Wendy’s!

This place was great with speedy food and open!! The staff was awesome with friendly professional guy at the window. 😃😁 . We had to drive an extra 5 miles cause the one on Grand River decided to close early. I feel bad for the guy that walked cause he ordered online and couldn't get his food.

I was in a pretty foul mood when I walked in. No pun intended. As I waited for my to-go order, though, my mood gradually lifted. The staff was being silly, in a very respectful way, both with each other as well as customers.

The fellow putting my burger together saw that I wanted extra pickles, and made a point of asking exactly how many extra pickles I would like. That's always appreciated.

I can't think of a single time that I've been exceptionally disappointed at this particular Wendy's.

Always can depend on some Wendy's food. Good serv. And the fries were hot!!

The employees are ALWAYS very friendly and the food is fresh and good. They get super busy but they move the line fast and efficient.

Very friendly staff. Despite being short staffed they were very quick with my order. The food was prepared with great care and looked good. I definitely recommend this establishment.

It the best awesome ribs great sides walked in had dinner on the table in less than 5 minutes friendly fast service!!!! This place is my go to anytime I'm jonesing for ribs YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Great salad, good selection of soda in the machine, quick service and clean restaurant. Oh...friendly employees too.

Best Wendys around! We travel extensively and my 7 year old loves Frostys! Sandwich made with love and fries hot - both of which are rarely in the same bag at other locations! Four visits within a month all top notch. Drive thru always patient while WE wait for the backseat order. Thank you!

There was a young man that waited on me and he was such a cheerful and delightful person. He was very efficient in putting the order together and the salad was very fresh and delicious.

Say hi to Brian. He is always smiling, and very kind! He acknowledges each person that goes through his drive-thru! Everyone at this Wendy's seem to always greet you with a smile on their face, no matter how small the staff. You guys are awesome! Thank you for all You do!
