Watched a grown man scream about not getting his quarter pounder while staff were handling it professionally. Otherwise I rarely had a problem here the past year or two.

For me, it is the mcchicken. The best fast food sandwich.

This Lee Rd store is my new favorite, the staff has been nice and friendly the food is outstanding and never a long wait even if there is a line it goes quickly, this is how every McDonald's should be but we all know their not.

Writing this review to commend the manager working a very hectic Father's Day today. The McDonald's line was to the road on Sunday morning due to the free breakfast sandwich promotion McDonald's is running for Father's Day. We went inside after mobile ordering, and we could tell it was very busy. The manager remained calm and helpful to all guest and was transparent and polite about the delays. Very professional in a very stressful environment. Kudos to him

Lady behind the counter was NOT FRIENDLY at all. She yelled You can go to the kiosk and place your order , well we choose to wait. A nice young man came and took our order we give him a 5++ her a 1+ . The restaurant was clean for the most part.

John was able to turn a negative experience into a positive one for me on my last visit. The store was unable to fulfill my chocolate chip cookie order initially as they were out of stock and their truck had not arrived. I was disappointed that the app let me order an out of stock item and that I would have to try and obtain a refund from the third party app owner/corporate. However, before I was able to leave the parking lot, the truck had arrived and John brought out the cookies I had initially ordered along with a couple bonus ones for the inconvenience. Working in fast food cannot be easy so I appreciated his effort to go above and beyond.

This is my favorite mcdonalds location, I've gone here for over 10 years. There are very ungrateful, impatient and rude customers here often, yet the staff is always on it to fix the issue or get through the long lines fast. I've seen a large rotation of employees (lots of high schoolers) over 10 years, and they seem to either get trained or learn very well here. I am always happy to go to this location, definitely recommend

I left this location very pleased yesterday taking with me the huge amount of good energy the staff shared with me. They're all very nice and friendly. You can tell they do it for the smiles and that makes me very happy 😊

I bought a mocha frappe for myself and a egg McMuffin for the shepherd dog I was sitting for before we went to get my pick up order from Kroger. He loved his outing! 🤗

I just want to give a huge shout out to Austin K. He was working the drive thru check and I honestly want to say amazing customer service. Great kid.

It's one of the better McDonald's in the area. Friendly staff and normally quick with your order.

THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I GO THERE ALMOST EVERY DAY TO GET MY MCDONALD'S COKE. I TAKE MY DOG IN THERE A LOT. THEY HAVE NEVER MESSED UP AN ORDER AND THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY I WILL KEEP GOING BACK

I've been to this McDonald's more times than I should have, but it allows me to have a decent sample size of experiences. retail, fast food, etc... is like a football team, every position matters. Just one bad experience with a the person taking your order, your money, giving you your food, the cooks, etc... can make entire experience unpleasant. So out of the 50 times I've been to this place, I'd say that 40 were fine. In and out quickly (less than 2 minutes) with the right order. I can only remember once or twice where the order was wrong and around 5 times or so where I ended up there for 10 minutes. If you can avoid the lunch hour rush, it's great. They usually confirm the order on the screen near the microphone/speaker, again at the pay window, and lastly where they give you your food. Less margin for error.

This is likely the best McDonald's within 30 miles of Brighton. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the food freshly made and hot.

What can I say? They have served over a BaZilion people. Nicely managed and staffed. 😊

I was extremely happy with this location regarding my order ...I am on a low-carb diet I ordered a mc chicken without The bun, wrapped in leaf lettuce… I know this is kind an unusual request for a dollar item but they filled my order perfectly! Kiddos for getting it right!
I have made this order at other McDonald’s and all they did was throw shredded lettuce in a box with patties… Thank you so very very much for listening to the customers and I will return !

95% of the time I order a cone. Their ice cream machine usually is working, unlike many McDonalds.
Staff friendly and do their jobs well.

Pat and Eva move the drive thru PERFECTLY. I now come here instead of Grand River because this line moves so much faster. Plus the employees here are more upbeat and pleasant-seems like they like their jobs.

I stopped in here for a quick lunch while on a road trip. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and stocked. The service was quick and friendly and the food was good. I was able to get back on the road quickly and enjoy a good hot meal. Much appreciated when time was important!

The McDonald is one of the better ones! The servers will go the extra mile - to serve you right & make it right, if the customer wants it- special. Coffee served Hot & fresh- they happily make a fresh batch- if the customer requests it, for any reason. Wonderful experience!!
