I wish I got everyone’s name that was working the drive-thru today to mention them! All the staff here is amazing, quick and very efficient. Alywas greeted with a genuine smile! Food is always fresh and hot too!

We showed up with some friends for Happy Meals and to burn off some energy in the play place. We forgot socks and while speaking with my friend about running back to the house to grab some, Mike, the manager, overherd us and brought me two pairs of socks for them to play in. I didn't even know that was a thing, but it was very cool that Mike took the initiative and helped make it all work out. Thanks, Mike!

They never mess up my requests for no mustard and ketchup on my cheese burger!! I love them!!

Stopped inside for lunch, food was tasty, prepared right and served hot without any problems. Clean inside and out including the restrooms! Plenty of parking however drive tru traffic can impede backing out from parking spot.

I went through the drive thru around dinner time. It was fast and the employee taking my order was really friendly. I can't say the same for the guy who handed me my order... he was kind of rude... but the 5 star service at the first window makes up for it.

Some very positive people work here & there is some of the best prices I see at McDonald's today.

This is a great location! Employees are always friendly, service is fast and i’ve never had an order messed up. I wish the Wendy’s in South Lyon would be more like this Mcdonald’s.

The fastest drive through in South Lyon. Never had a problem with an order yet. I only go for breakfast. I did once have part of an egg shell in my food but that's pretty minor and at least it reminds us they use fresh eggs.

I mean, it’s McDonald’s? This location is good, nice workers who care about human beings unlike some other fast food restaurants.

Aside from the obvious consistency McDonalds franchises are known for, this location was clean and fairly new. Staff worked quickly, and even with a considerable line we received our food hot and quick.

Food is always good here but we tried to order 15 sausage McDuffie and they had two workers and said they didn't have enough people. What is ur drive thru goal time anymore? A sausage takes 1:10 minutes to cook, u can cook 12 at a time, and two baskets at 1 time, and it takes 1.5 seconds to drop the muffins, 1.5 to lay the buns on paper, slap that sausage down and wrap it up in about 4 ot 5 seconds so maybe 2 minutes and 18 seconds is to much for 2 people to do? Immediately dropping another pan of sausage when they come up takes maybe 6 seconds and 1:10 to cook, cooking a whole pan. Like...I was so offended....we had to go two cities away to another McDonald's who was way more busy...

The staff was polite and helpful!

Doordash driver here. After arriving at the speaker I was directed to one of the wait spots where the food was already ready. Very high-level and all other McDonald's can learn something from this location.

Inside store is clean. Large indoor playplace. Staffs are polite and service is fast.

I normally don't go to McDonald's because of my service experiences at most of them. This one is AWESOME! Computers are not good. They did their BEST to fix the problem. I'd go back ANYTIME! THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE FOLKS! SIMPLY STUNNING!

Food was good and hot. Chocolate shake was delicious. It was lunch time and the lines were long, but it went really fast. No complaints.

Fast !!! Were the best and im not just saying this because i work here! But i think i give fast friendly accurate customer service! And if your orders wrong I make sure to fix it and make it right! Because that's customer satisfaction!

OMG! I have found my new Love mere days before it is gone forever! Or at least til next Summer. I'm thinking about their McDonald's Slushies! My Fave: the Peach! Each sip is like sucking on the sweetest peach Ever! Just the right amount of 🍑 flavoring! But sadly, on Sept. 30, it will be gone. Maybe next Summer!
August 8, 2021 - and then the pandemic hit. What an awful awful year. Thank God it’s gone. But ironically enough the peach slushy also seems to have disappeared. But unlike the pandemic it’s not coming back. It doesn’t seem to be. PLEASE, McD, bring this unearthly delicious slushee back. In these times of Still uncertainty, some comfort food is SO needed! 🙏
