It’s a moderate hike (not easy) with a lot of up/down inclines, walking over streams, partly in the sun. There are two ponds next to each other. Make sure you see both. Lily pads are in full bloom and so pretty! I loved this hike and was glad to be wearing gore-Tex, waterproof hiking shoes and some bug spray (I saw a few mosquitos). It’s possible to take a bus to the trailhead. The parking lot can fill up.
