I don't know how much you pay these people here but it's not enough. The associates here are so friendly, and ready to help you with whatever you need. You can say what you require even if you're not really sure of what specific product and they will tackle the request with professionalism and ease. I also appreciated the recommendations for a new moisturizer for my hyperpigmentation. Thank you so much rivertown crossing Sephora. I am amazed with the staff here.

The staff are incredibly helpful and nice. The stock was better than others and very clean store overall. No dirty testers and everything was in the right spots. Awesome🥳

Took my 11 year old upon her request for her first Sephora trip. Every single employee spoke to us! Nobody was pushy. All of them paid attention to my 11 year old as if she was just as important as an adult walking in there. Thank you for a great experience!

Came in today for a makeup appointment and had a wonderful experience! I was instantly greeted when I walked in, and Hannah did my makeup for my engagement photos. I would HIGHLY recommend Hannah for makeup!! She was very attentive and gave me the exact look I was going for. I appreciated how much she checked in to make sure I liked how the makeup was turning out, and she would adjust and easily tweak something to make sure the final look was amazing and what I wanted. It was exactly what you'd expect from a makeup appointment. Thank you, Hannah!

Clean, the staff is nice wonderful selections from top brands. I purchased Sephora Liquid Lipstick and Eyeshadows from the same line. Their liquid Lipstick will last a long time through your day. I am always happy to return and get more quality makeup.

Extremely friendly, fun-loving staff and incredible customer service. I was asked by the floor manager, Andrea, if I needed help, and she took her time with me and answered all of my questions even though I could tell she was busy. At one point she even stopped to ask one of her coworkers through the mic & earpiece to watch the floor while she helped me. I told her it was 100% okay if she needed to pass me over to someone else to help me, but she smiled genuinely and said it was fine - she really wanted to help! Love this Sephora!

I was at this location a few days ago and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I especially connected with Rose. She went above and beyond to really listen to what my skin care needs were and showed me the best products for my skin. Rose is so sweet and I instantly felt like I found my skin guru. I can’t wait to go back!

The selection of products in such a small footprint is impressive! We asked for help picking out a few different items and the staff was very accommodating. We’ll be back!

Always a pleasure shopping in there. Initially I was nervous because some of my friends didnt have the greatest experience but I have been 3 times and every single time the staff has been helpful and seemed like they really enjoy their job. Excellent, professional customer service. Alicia (hope I spelled that right) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was "just looking" while the guys were getting fitted for a wedding. I purchased 3 items that i LOVE and left there feeling/looking so refreshed and relaxed!! Also signed up for the 'Beauty Insider' program after Alicia explained it to me. Honestly SO helpful with out being pushy or overbearing! I WILL be back!!!

The staff is friendly & helpful every time I come in. For as silly as my questions may seem, they are never condescending or make me feel dumb for asking about simple things. The rewards program is great & I already can't wait for my birthday next year!

I am really impressed with the staff at this location. I came in with a problem with one of my products and they replaced it for me, which was totally unexpected and made my day! Aside from the awesome staff, they have a large variety of products and a very clean store.

I had Stevie help me, she is definitely the sweetest Sephora employee I've ever met. She was very polite and kind ,she made good conversation and brightened my day!

I always have a great experience when I shop at this store. I am greeted every time I walk in and if I have a question they are quick and help as best they can. All of their products are top of the line and they always offer samples! Not to mention the AMAZING return policy. No complaints here.

I really enjoyed the fact that a representative greeted me immediately and helped me find exactly what I needed. Once I found that and wanted to browse they weren't coming up to me every other second which was nice. Thanks for the good experience!
