First time here. Took my pup in for a nail trim. Everyone was very nice and we didn’t wait long. Sched a groom for next month.

They are the absolute best! I have taken my goldendoodle here twice & they have done an amazing job with him both times, they are so afforadable & do an amazing job! Highly recommend!!

The ladies are absolute angels that work here and made my dogs feel so comfortable. I brought in three large dogs first thing in the morning and was able to pick them up by 2 PM. All dogs were very clean very soft, very well groomed and I was very impressed with the customer service. I would definitely come here permanently. I would recommend them to anyone asking for a groomer in the area.

Awesome place! New to the area, saw a coupon on three back of my receipt so decided to try it. Customer service is great and my pup came out fresh and loving it. Lol! They even added to his wardrobe with a cute scarf.

I've been using these ladies for a few years and they are the sweetest and do such a great job. I trust them with my seniors and I know they take my concerns and are gentle and loving. My dogs always leave happy. Their prices are awesome and their work is just as good as any fancy pants place. Love yall!

I've been taking my German Shepherd here for 6 years. She loves going, and I believe the staff loves to see her. I won't take my fur baby any where else. I k ow she is treated right when I leave!!

I don't even know how to begin to to tell you how awesome this place is. They were very accommodating when I needed a last minute grooming appointment for my Lhasa who won't be with us much longer. The owner was unbelievably compassionate for the situation and for my pup. I've definitely found a new groomer for life.

First time taking my dog for full grooming and even though my app was at 11am and they were done at 3 they did a great job - I understand it has been a busy week and things happen but they were very kind when I called to check on him. Very friendly staff and they took good care of my dog - I could tell he was comfortable with them as his previous experience (at a different place) was a bit traumatic and today he was a happy dog. Definitely recommend. Will go back to support them as local business.

Knocked it out of the park again! They were so kind to my 2 little seniors — bathed and pampered them and sent them home with Holiday treats and the cutest Holiday photo ever!!! Best Groomers in Jacksonville!

The staff at Pouchi's are all very attentive, personable, and they took really great care of my timid shelter dog. They sent us home with a cute Christmas card and my dog's fur is soooo soft. Really feels good being able to find a place that's not only affordable, but you can tell they really love animals.

Took two kittens in there. Everyone was friendly, and they got them done so quick. Took longer to get them in the carrier. This will be the new go to place for our fur babies.

They do a great job with my miniature schnauzer. I like that their set up is totally up front; kennels and grooming is completely visible to customers.

This is a family own business people are very friendly and personable.Take exceptional care for your pets and do a fantastic grooming and bathing job on my pooch Gracie.I been going here for several years and very pleased with everything and are very reasonably priced.Gracie all ways smells wonderful and cute as a button when I pick her up.You will love this place.
