We went there to buy deck stain and they were able to make the exact color we needed. The employee was helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well organized and well lit. They enrolled me in a program so I got 10% off, which is great.

John was great! We went in at 5 with a big order and got slammed with ppl behind us. He was very helpful and professional, not to mention how patient he was with everyone!

While we are sheltering, I’m trying to finish a project. Walter at the store was wonderful. He took my initial order over the telephone and made absolute certain that he and I were talking about the same paint products, prompted me about other items I might need to finish my job, and was wonderfully helpful. When I came to pick up the product, I was early and he saw me sitting outside. He let me know that he was aware I was there and put my order together for me immediately. He did everything to make me feel safe. I can’t think them enough. I have been down several times as my daughter is in a brand new house and was trying to finish things before moving her possessions. Every time we call they are wonderfully helpful and responsive.

Everybody here is always really helpful when I come in. I rarely know what I need but I’m starting to learn. Bought a new house last year so naturally everything needs painting. They’ve helped me paint match the barn (perfect match), find a deck stain (tried 3 different colors, finally the last one was good), and get good results on the two rooms I’ve painted so far. The employees sharing their knowledge with me is very useful and I appreciate it.

Best paint store in town!! Very knowledgeable and they always take good care of me!! Taylor and Tom are the best! Also the color matching system they use works spot on. Highly recommend.

I brought in a very old can of paint purchased at Sherwin-Williams. They no longer make the base or use the same tints they used then but they were able to scan the old paint on the can and matched the color perfectly using a different base and tint. I didn't have to paint the whole room.

The workers at the SW in Brunswick are always quick to help and I can usually get my products and be out in a few minutes. Their customer service is great!
