The main post office in Myrtle Beach is good. Never any problems getting whatever I need or getting anything shipped.

Outstanding staff. They are polite, friendly and helpful. They literally go out of there way to make sure you’re all taken care of. I forgot to write "expedite" on my passport renewal envelope. I realized when I got home, so I called the office. I am so grateful to Kitty!! She went out of her way searching for the envelope and found it for me. I moved here from NY, and Mrtyle Beach post office is outstanding compared to NY. You should be extremely proud of your entire staff. Thank you so very much!!

Myrtle Beach Post Office. Unbelievable staff and customer service. Best service anywhere! Very professionalincuding sustained focus and attention to detail. I wanted to compliment all of the clerks here, and the supervisor on duty. I came in after 4 pm because I had received a package that was damaged by a mail carrier. All of the staff were so polite and helpful, it was a very positive experience! They all sympathized with me and made the situation right. I've never had a better experience at a post office, and everyone there just made my experience so pleasant. Thank you all, it is much appreciated!

Mr. James has been my mail man for a while now and i just wanna share with u how amazing this man is ! I live in a rough area where packages can’t be left on the door step ! If Mr. James doesn’t see my car he knows I’m not home and and doesn’t leave my packages on my door step but with my neighbors instead or sometimes he’ll just deliver the next day. He waves to me passing by in the neighborhood and is always friendly ! Today is Sunday and i heard a knock on my door , it was Mr. James delivering one of my daughters Christmas gifts that I had ordered last minute and worried it wouldn’t be here on time. I asked him why in the world was he at work on a Sunday and his response? “It’s almost Christmas, gotta get these packages out!” This man is an angel and one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met! Give this man a raise ! Lol !

I don’t really understand the hate of this post office. I’ve lived in Myrtle Beach my whole life and never had an issue. Mark at the counter was very friendly, in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I dealt with both Brachel and Tommy over the phone regarding an insured letter that was intercepted and at the NMB post office (where I was unsuccessful in getting information). Brachel was excellent at going the extra mile to get the info I needed in tracking down my letter and figuring out how to help me so the intended recipient could get it. Tommy was also helpful when I called back needing further assistance. It is truly great to see people who take pride in their jobs and also provide great customer service (I also sat on hold for 1 hr on 2 occasions with the 800 postal customer service # waiting for help and had a case# assigned - received a call back within 24hrs but no resolution and no follow up. Sending a big thanks to Brachel and Tommy!

This is the most exceptional post office I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Everyone in this office at the location. I would highly recommend driving out of your way to go to this location!!!

There the most polite helpful people they literally go out of there way to make sure you’re all taking care of I moved from Syracuse NY and Mrtyle beach post office is outstanding compared to NY you should be extremely proud of your entire work staff very professional.

Yesterday I met one if the nicest and most helpful folks in a long time... He was a supervisor named Hector... I had an issue with a delivery that was no fault of their Carrier or anyone else, but Hector quickly resolved my troubles for me...

At a time and in a place where so many complain about the bad things... I would just like Hector and his coworkers to know that they are also appreciated for their kindness and efforts...

Came here to mail some postcards. Pretty straightforward and service was fine. Note that the GPS (if you're using Google maps) might have you turn in here from 6th Ave, but that's not actually an entrance as it's a one way exit. The only way to enter is from 5th Ave.

This office has great customer service and quick service all around. They know me by name and are always very helpful. As long as I'm here, I'll use this office. Thank you for being here during the pandemic, and y'all are great!!!

Wow im a transplant from Jersey and i went in on a saturday and the line was a mile long.I was amazed by the speedy flow of customers, the smiles of the postal workers faces and all around pleasant attitudes.It was a very nice vibe

I went to the PO today. The staff was so helpful. Great experience.

The P.O in no.myr bch has very helpful employees. Many people complaining how terrible it is that Little River residents have to be imposed upon to go to that PO due to Little River P.O. closed on Saturdays! U wld think especially this time of yr, it wld be open. Sooo upset abt that.

They stayed open later than the other usps.also. showed me a postal selection of stamps
