I was there to purchase a car battery. I knew what I was looking and spoke to the store manager. He was great. He answered all my question and had his team replace the battery. Souderton store team is great! I’ll be shopping at this store.

I wholeheartedly enjoy the entire staffs jovial demeanor at this particular store. That being said, if you've seen one of these places, you've seen 'em all, for the most part. I will say that the employees are proactive in assisting clueless customers wandering about the store in a sensory overloaded stupor to find exactly what they were looking for, and more than happy valiantly attempting to answer all their vague, convoluted, and redundant questions about some other doodads or dongles they needed for their vehicle. Dealing with laymen such as myself every day, I guess all they can do is just grin and bear it. Their knowledge in all things auto, more than makes up for the lack of mine. They always end up knowing precisely what I need, and even what I hadn't realized I would need, to complete my repairs like a pro. Or at least like a guy who watched a couple of YouTube videos on the subject. The store is always neat, organized, and clean. The parking lot is spacious, and there are usually plenty of open spots, although getting into it can be a bit tricky sometimes, depending on the time of day. The shelves are well stocked with parts for all budgets, which I appreciate as well. The sales they run have some nice deals and bundles. I enjoy the discounts I occasionally receive for being a member of their rewards program. But the main draw here for me is probably the professionalism positively provided post haste perpetuallly portrayed perfectly by the proud personnel, perhaps. Sometimes, I even find myself going out of my way, just to come to this specific store. And that's saying a lot. Because I don't even own a car.

I bought a battery here a few weeks ago and Mike M. exchanged them for me. He was absolutely amazing! It wasn't an easy job as my bolts were rusted and it was freezing! He was so pleasant the entire time & I could not have been more grateful for all of his help! Thanks Mike 😁

Went to the Souderton Auto Zone store today. Excellent experience! Very friendly staff. Go visit them for your automobile needs. You will not be sorry.

Ignore most of the salty reviews, apparently barely passing high school biology is the equivalent of a doctorate in pathology and fifteen years of experience as a doctor. Makes sense! I guess their academic performance was all part of the conspiracy too. Now excuse them while they go whine about cancel culture.

Staff is friendly and helpful here. I’m sure the past year has been extremely stressful for them but they have helped me numerous times and offer some great services beyond parts like oil recycling, battery/alternator tests, etc.

Allen especially is a great employee, I think he is the glue that holds the store together!

A very nice man helped me pick out my windshield wipers, notified me of a discount on the best set, and effortlessly installed them for me! Very easy and fast service on my lunch break from Moyer. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Thank you so much!

This is my go to auto parts store. While it is a little farther away then some others, it is worth it. They almost always have the parts I need and their knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. I don’t think I have ever met an employee working here that was unhappy. Highly recommend.

They tested my battery AND my alternator for free! Great service! I needed and bought a new battery THEY installed it on a 98 degree day! Will definitely go back, and not just because my neighbor works there! (Thanks, Tom!)

I visit today for my HONDA CRV 2005 head light low beam lamp is blown out which i buought from this store in 12/13/2017 so it was under warranty. store representative Mr jay give me excellent customer service he give me quick and courteous service. He help me with smile . Now i always shop from this store. very good staff.

This is right up the street from me. I always find good prices on the item's I need for my truck. I have a lot of miles on my van, and to keep it Running in top Shape, I get Addatives for High Mileage Trucks. And the Prices are Great. SO at 335 THOUSOND miles it's Running like a Top. With the Help of Advance Auto Parts. I'm looking to go Another 335 THOUSOND Miles. Thank you.

Car battery needed to be replaced. I was in Souderton when my battery finally died. Jumped it and drove over at 5:05pm, paid for new at 5:14pm, installed by 5:20pm was on my home. Great service. Staff very pleasant.

Now this is my favorite go to auto parts place. they're very helpful and very well-stocked. when the situation arises and I need advice or to rent a tool or to pick up a part the guys behind the counter a very very helpful.
