Both my sister and I shop at ulta-her being an employee of a neighboring store finds her there more often than myself. Nevertheless, we have both had very pleasant experiences at this particular location. So much so, that we have built friendly rapports with several of the employees, Katie, Coco, and Sara just to name a few. Usually we are greeted and asked if there’s anything we can find, other than that we are usually left to shop and explore. There are usually employees in various aisles stocking or doing whatever the day requires of them but they are always so friendly. I have been to a few ultas but the Schenectady location is by far my favorite. And my sisters as well!

But, had to rant and rave about KATEY!! she was LITERALLY the best! Great style and saved me bukoos of money! What a gem! Us Texas gals have to stick together!

It’s not easy to find a hair stylist, but somehow, Eme made it super easy! I was able to book an appointment online. She called me to confirm. I went in for my appointment, showed Emmy (Emerelyz) the cut I wanted and asked her to make me a strawberry blonde. She did a fantastic job! I love my cut, and she fixed the lousy balayage job my previous stylist did. I am locking her in as my permanent stylist. Thank you Eme <3 Ulta is lucky to have you!

I came in to Ulta to get something I have been using for a while. When I was looking around, one of your employees, Eileen I believe her name was, came over and asked if I needed any help. She proceeded to help me for probably an hour or more! She took so much time trying to find me the perfect shade foundation. I also told her I didn't have a lot of money to spend and that I knew literally nothing about skin care. She helped me find products that would work for my skin and my budget and she explained why and how the products worked for my skin type. I was very impressed with the help I received. The last time I asked someone for help there, the woman told me I needed to mix shades of foundation to match my skin tone and she walked away. I'm glad I asked for help again yesterday and got someone who cares. I definitely recommend seeing Eileen! She was so helpful and knowledgeable!!

This has been my go to place for all my beauty needs since a long time now.
It has all high end brands to affordable and nice brands of make up, fragrance, hair and skin care and many more things.

The staff is helpful and guides you with their advice for the concerns you are looking for. It is located in blaze plaza so it has many other stores around which makes it easily accessible.

It is always super clean and they also provide beauty station services.
It is a 10/10 store!!!!

I've been in and out of my local Ulta a few times now and Vincent has helped me each time in product selection and general tips and care for my hair and my specific concerns-not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and a true expert in his field, he has been so warm and compassionate towards me and my hair struggles which has been so welcomed and comforting! He also assisted in the process of scheduling me with Sandra and providing input for color formulation and treatments to create the most healthy hair and the color I am working towards!

Sandra was so friendly, sweet and passionate about her work and took so much time and care with my hair! She also gave me a beautiful blowout!

Had my makeup done there yesterday and loved it! The makeup artist was great and worked fast when I didn’t even have a full hour to get it done. Was very happy with how it turned out and will definitely be back!

Michael the manager is so friendly and courteous! After being told my foundation would be in stock by two different associates at two previous stores, and it actually not being in stock Michael helped me order it online so I didn't have to keep driving around looking for it. Great customer service on his part.

I love this ulta. Very helpful staff.....lots of great products. I love that they have high end products as well as drug store brand. I love makeup!!

Sandra is just amazing. Very knowledgeable and competent. Highly recommend.

The minute I walked into this store I was greeted with smiles. I was looking for a vegan line as I needed eyeliner and possibly mascara. The staff was so diverse it was like there was someone to talk to about any make up style you needed! In the past at other places I've had really bad experiences shopping for make up. Not only did they point me in the right direction but the brand was amazing and I'll be back to shop this week. It's hard to find such great customer service. Thank you ladies! See you soon!

My wife loves this store, it basically has everything. They even carry a wide range of men's products as well which is nice and the prices are pretty good. This location is very clean and the staff is always helpful when I go in and need help finding gifts. I recommend checking out this store and seeing all it has to offer.

GREAT 'sales' staff, helpful, informative, yet not pushy at all. So refreshing! The prices were fairly reasonable as well. Great selection, a definite stop for those girls and guys that enjoy looking and feeling their best. Wide selection of products.

Very helpful and dependable staff. Lynne helped with everything and she remembered who I was when I came back for an exchange a couple days later. Definitely one of my favorite Ulta stores. 10/10

I was at the Niskayuna store last Saturday, loved the 39S eyeshadows but they didn’t have it in store , one of the makeup artist ordered it online for me and I received it on the following Monday(today). Great customer services and product. So excited, can’t wait to use the beautiful colors 😁

I absoutely love that store...I also love how they Greet ylu when you walk thru the doors and theres always someone right there to help you at all times and their prices are so awesome if anyone hasnt been in there shopping you have no idea what a amazing store your missing .i urge you to gonim there today and i promise you it wont be the last time you do .and if your like me you say your going in for 1 thing but between the products and prices you leave with many many things Ultra Beauty is my favorite store i love you all....
