Ke'Shawna did my hair a few weeks back & the cut grew out amazing! So personable & a major confidence booster!

The manager, Nicole, was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with at an Ulta (or store in generally really). She was so knowledgeable and excited to help me. This will be the Ulta I go back to every time now.

Very PROFESSIONAL stylist by the name of Laura D, took a quick look at the mess another ulta stylist left me with. She explained what I could do, which was much, but not her fault. She recommended vitamins to grow my hair out faster, because I was ROBBED over 20 inches of hair taken from me, with a HORRIBLE WOLF CUT. I almost lost faith in Ulta, but because of Laura. I will be returning to this store for all of my ulta need. And the whole crew in that store was absolutely fabulous. See you guys soon!!

Have never had an issue at this location. Best Ulta store in the area other than the one in Colonie. More hair color products available here than I have EVER seen in any other Ultas. Was disappointed that a specific fragrance online said it was in stock here when it was not, but one of the associates working up front was very apologetic that it was not in stock and offered me a free shipping coupon to purchase it online. Very friendly and helpful which I appreciated a ton!!

I’ve gone to 3 Ultra’s in the capital district and this one is my fav! Just so easily navigated. Jasmine B is the only woman I go to for the brows, she eats down!!! Every time. She’s awesome and probably the only person I’ll go to for my brows as long as she’s there! Super friendly, personable, professional. Definitely recommend.

The staff is super friendly, quite funny actually. I’m not very cool to my daughters anymore and so they always connect on some level with an employee. Great merch also.

It was my first time visiting this Ulta Beauty. Up until 2 days prior I had no idea it was even there. Boy was I not only surprised but extremely excited, as was my daughter!!! The store is very big and spacious, you don't feel like you don't have room to move, which I myself like alot. I was disappointed that some of the products I was hoping to find were not there, for example More items in the Matrix line than they had. And Paul Michelle. But it wasn't a deal breaker to not shop there again. I will definitely be going back, most likely several times!!! Lol 😆 🤣

Jessica Tran gave me the best hair cut ever!! She provided great service and went above and beyond to ensure I liked my cut. She used a variety of high end products and customized my salon service to my hair's varying needs.

I was honestly speechless at how nice the workers were at the Latham Ulta. Both women that helped me went out of their way to find me what I needed. I was getting a gift for a coworker and Sheila opened drawers and looked through inventory for me even though she was in the middle of doing other things! She was so sweet about it! She didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her! Hailey who checked me out was just as nice! I had to take her name down because they were just that kind. Also, I was there fifteen minutes before closing! Who is that nice right before closing?! Thanks, ladies!

Went to Ulta in search of a new product line for my curly hair. I lucked out with Carly (a naturally curly girl too!) who took the time to listen & then share her recommendations. I love the products she recommended & want to thank her for her care! New to Curlsmith & loving it!

I have visited every Ulta location in our region and the Latham Ulta location is my first choice when I have to shop, Saratoga is my second favorite. The staff at the Latham store have always been very warm and friendly, and also seem to work well with eachother. The team here is always super helpful and don't rush you away as if they are bothered, but instead interact with you and patiently answer your questions, and always help you try to find the right products which can be challenging when trying to match concealers, foundations, etc. I'm thankful for the professionalism and customer service I always find at this store.

I got a haircut at the salon here with Ashley and it was amazing. The salon is very nice, they have nice supplies, and Ashley did a great job with my hair. I love my hair long and was worried to get too much cut off but she cut just enough to make it feel smooth and healthy again without taking too much. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone!

Kristi was such a great help with picking out perfume as a gift for my mom! Great experience overall.

Hair by Jessica at the Latham, NY location. Love the color and the cut. Hair had tons of stubborn grey. Jess did such a good job I love my hair!
Christy did my eyebrows and also did a fabulous job.

This is my favorite makeup store. I love that they sell drug store and prestige brands. I can get all my stuff in one place. Plus the points program is great!

The service is AMAZING! The girls are always eager to help and always ask if everything was found ok! The store is very clean and neat which makes things super easy to find! Even though the store has just opened I can see this place doing well for all the years to come!

Staff has been so helpful while I've been trying to figure out my foundation. Rebecca was absolutely amazing and they've all been very patient with my needy self.
