Last spring was a very bad time for tornados in Southwestern Ontario resulting in the loss of seven smaller storage sheds and one very large equipment shed on the Girl Guide campsite near McGregor, Ontario. Jeff Coulter and Cancover were able to replace the small sheds and build a new, large equipment shed for us.

The new sheds are absolutely beautiful! The doors slide up easily leaving a large opening for easy access. There is so sill in the doorway for tripping hazards. There is even an overhang so rainwater doesn’t drip on us awhile entering the sheds. They are far superior to the garden sheds which we had previously.
The big equipment shed is so tightly stretched that even the strong winds we have had this fall hasn’t moved it at all. The doors on this shed slide smoothly and can be moved single handedly. There is a light in the big shed due to the white panel in the roof and venting to release moisture. With the high roofline there is ample storage space for our large equipment as well as materials for future projects.
Thanks to the careful work of the men on the Cancover team we were left with no mess to clean up and beautiful, well constructed sheds. I would highly recommended Cancover to design and build storage sheds for any storage needs, both large and small.

Great customer service!

After waiting two years for them to replace our lean-to, we finally received a call last week and a crew came and removed our existing structure and replaced it with a much better structure. The crew, led by Mark, did a much better job and took their time when building this new structure. So happy that we can finally put this behind us. It still took too long and there were way too many broken promises but at least we are happy with everything.

Not very happy with this company based an installation of a "lean- to" that they installed in August 2021. As soon as the installation was complete and we looked at the lean-to, I called the company to let them know that they had measured incorrectly and the lean-to was built too small. The owner, Jeff, came out to review the project and agreed that it was too small. Jeff promised that he would make the job right and told us not to worry. Now, over a year later we are still waiting for the lean-to to be replaced. Jeff has been by and also two other teams have been by on separate occasions to design and measure for the replacement lean-to. Mark was the most recent person to come out and he promised that he would let me know what was going on, but we have not heard back from him. We have left many messages with both Jeff and the office and have not heard back from them. I hate to leave a negative review for a local company, but we are so frustrated that the only means of recourse to to go on social media to hopefully get this company to complete what they promised to do over a year ago.
I will update the review if they complete the job, but for now they only warrant a one star rating.

Jeff is quick to answer the phone when you call him about a new build. That’s where his expedient services end. He installed a cover for our salt structure two years ago we’ve had nothing but issues. The door failed in the first year it took his team six months to show up the repair they completed lasted long enough to open the door one time and it failed again. He does not answer his phone he will not return phone calls using substandard material. Stay away from this contractor.

Extremely unhappy with the service from this company. Signed a contract in which they required a 50% deposit (well over $40 000) before they commenced. The money was paid and after 22 months there has not been any progress.
Attempts to contact the company and Mr. Coulter are very seldom answered
There has been nothing but unfulfilled commitments on Mr. Coulter and this company’s part.
And when a deadline, set by them, has come and gone with no further updates, I have had to start the process of trying to contact them again.
It has not just been the over $40 000 we are out, we have had to pay storage fees for equipment and livestock feed, it has been a very big financial burden for zero gains.
So my summary of this company would be
