I had my first appt @ Sanctuary today with Lindsay. She is fantastic, very professional, and has a lovely sweet energy about her. She took her time and gave me the most perfect haircut. I also appreciate the prompt response when I sent in a new client inquiry. Awesome salon! I will be back 💜 thank you so much xx

My stylist did a great job giving me exactly what I asked for on cut and color! She took her time and didn’t rush it. It was worth the extra effort she put in. I have gotten multiple compliments because it looks so natural, which is what I wanted.

Hands down the best salon in Baldwin county! I have been a client here for years. They’ve always had outstanding customer service. The stylists are professionals, especially for cut and color services that I’ve gotten. Plus the salon environment is very fun! You will not find a better salon than The Sanctuary Salon.

Lindsay Hooks has been my stylist for the past few years and I drive an hour (from FL) for her color and styling services. She is excellent!

The women at Sanctuary Salon were a dream to work with for my wedding. They had plenty of stylists/assistants on hand to do hair and makeup for myself and 7 other women in the bridal party. Plenty of space in the salon where we could relax and hang out while others were being worked on. They were friendly, outgoing, and talented with all of us extremely happy with our end products! I would most definitely use again!

My experience here was wonderful! I booked the Bridal Suite for the day of my wedding. We had the attention of all of the staff members. My 1 year old niece was with me and my bridal party, she was running around being a kid and it did not bother any of the stylists. They are all very nice to us and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Sanctuary Salon for making my wedding day amazing and stress free!

From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted and taken care of the entire staff is very friendly. I had booked a consultation for extensions (for volume for my fine hair and longer length) with Kristy who was a doll, so very sweet and knew exactly what I was going for (even though I was so horrible at trying to explain and did not have a picture) she completely understood. When I went back to have them in, which was a week if not less later to my amazement, again the same wonderful treatment checking in. Kristy was so wonderful with my hair, the color blew me away, it was more than I could have imagined I was so pleased! Now for my fine hair we could not put much in there, but she did such a great job, it was much quicker than I expected, and when she cut it to blend it all, the layers were spot on. My extensions look like my real hair curly or straight and again the color is amazing! Overall Kristy did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back to The Sanctuary Salon, and Kristy, for anything I do with my hair! It such a great atmosphere, the staff is very sweet, and they absolutely know what they're doing when it comes to hair! I always get compliments and I always refer them to Sanctuary Salon!

Best salon I have ever visited. Kayla is an amazing artist and cuts my hair perfect. The staff are very skilled and are passionate about getting your hair PERFECT and even colored my hair the exactly orange I wanted. SS rocks ♥

Amanda Naylor is the best. She was so sweet and helpful in deciding how to shape my hair for full volume. Loved it!!

Kayla (Smith) has been my stylist for over 10 years and let me tell you, whether it's just a trim, up-do, or a complete color change SHE IS A MAGICIAN. Of course after leaving any salon, you are going to leave looking and feeling fabulous. But at Sanctuary Salon the stylists will assist you in repeating the same look AND feel after leaving your home every morning! Kayla is extremely informative and knowledgeable of different hair types and products, she has created a custom routine specifically for me and only continues to improve my lovely locks after each appointment. BRANDI IS EVERYTHING. Not only is she the owner/operator of this spot, she does incredible work on hair. I’d gone a whole year without a haircut because I couldn’t find someone who could layer, thin out and shape my hair. Brandi killed it...in a good way. She worked fast and transformed my hair. Plus she was super sweet and fun to chat with. Thank you!!

When I moved to Alabama nearly three years ago, I needed to find a salon. A friend directed me to The Sanctuary and I am grateful. From the talented stylists to the open and inviting decor, it offers a wonderful experience.

Hey Girls!!! Just wanted to shout out to Kristy. I was feelin' low, crappy and downright shabby!! Went into use Kristy for the first time. So i wuz a lil nervous too. So, i got to say "WHAT" she Rocked my "i am not sure make me look good hairdo". She made me comfortable. She asked me what my thoughts were and LISTENED (huge props there) and she carried out an incredible job. I don't give praise unless it is earned. Madison gave me a great haircut and listened to my wants and I actually received some nice compliments on it in the days following. Highly recommended!

Loved the whole salon, from the girls to the techniques and products used. I had extensions put in by Jenni & I've never been happier with my hair! I will be using this salon much much more!
