Very upscale, nice ambiance, amiable staff. I had the luxury of having Maddison style me. She did an exceptional job, probably one of my favorite hairstyles to date. I gave her very little direction and somehow she made it seem effortless.

Jacob's is the best. Thank you Madison for loving curls. Prices were perfect, their products are wonderful and the people are so nice, they listen. I bought a product for my curls, can't wait till they get more products in.

Best hairdressing experience I've ever had. 🩷 I needed a color correction, and Madison not only corrected the color but transformed my hair to exactly how I'd envisioned it! The staff is very hospitable and kind, and the place is very clean. I highly recommend! I'll be coming back for all my hair needs.

Jakob is THE BEST in the area. When I first moved here I struggled to find a stylist. I tried several highly recommended people and had orange and yellow hair for two years or more. Jakob was recommended by a friend and I have never been happier with my hair in my life!! Great color, great cut and most of all - consistency!! Love him and his staff. The new salon is elegant and fun! I highly recommend him to everyone!

Jakob and his team are amazing. It take a long time to find a good colorist/stylist/ hair extensions expert. Hands down I would say I found the best. I had my hair done my Madison, but let me tell you, the experience I had here is a 10/10! The staff was so welcoming and just amazing to be around! Madison who did my hair did a fantastic job! I didn’t really know exactly what I wanted but she knew! I absolutely love my hair now! It it so healthy and soft after she dyed it! I don’t think I’ll ever let anyone else touch my hair! If you need anything at all come here! Everyone is so talented and creative! Since then, I have recommended them to everyone! And will continue to come to this salon and have my hair done by Madison! She is amazing!!! She nailed every single detail within what I had talked to her about! Please go check her out! You won’t regret it!

Had my first appointment with Madison this evening, and left feeling pampered and looking chic. The booking process was super easy. Customer service was great and they answered questions by phone before the appointment. Madison got right to work and gave an excellent scalp massage and wash. I appreciated the calm feeling in the salon and the conversation in between. Will be back :)

Jacob, Madison, and Jake show an enthusiasm for your appointment. They truly want one to not feel concerned or worry about life. They offer me coffee, water, and even herbal tea. I can wind down in this salon and just be. I look forward to every appointment.

Madison does a fabulous job on both my and my daughter's hair. She truly listens, communicates, and executes exactly what you want. We all walk out happy! The entire experience at Jakob's is a happy one. The owner is deeply involved and you walk out feeling pampered and appreciated. They are "teachers" and constantly give tips on how to take care of your hair on your own.
PRODUCTS: they are exceptional and unique. My hair is partially greying and brown with stubborn red highlights that, in the past, usually pop out within weeks of dying. Their dye prevents that.....after 3+ months there's no fading and no brash red/orange hues popping out. I've colored my hair for 25 years and it's by far the best hair dye I've ever used.

The Salon is a place that not only provides fashion forward styles, but will become like family! The staff is very knowledgeable, creative & talented. Upon moving here two years ago, Jakob asked me to trust his work. Today my hair is healthier & the style is exactly what I've always wanted! Recently I had a Brazilian blowout to remove frizz from my hair. It looks & feels amazing. The salon has product options for every hair type & price range. Jakob (owner) is very passionate about his work. I may be a little partial, but you'll have to check him out for yourself. I definitely recommend Jakob Dozens Hairdressers & look forward to going back.

The vibe in the salon is great! I adore everyone in there! The products they use are phenomenal, and smell amazing. Jakob gave my daughter and I amazing haircuts, and really listened to what we wanted. I could see her confidence go way up! With that said, the balayage Jakob did on my super dark hair was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I will never, ever go anywhere else. I’ve never been fully pleased with my hair after getting it lightened, I have left past salons with brassy hair, wondering what I payed for. This time my hair looks beautiful, and feels soft and healthy. I want to also add that the hair color he used on my roots didn’t itch at all, which has never happened for me. It felt like conditioner! If you’re looking for a great salon, go here!

If you are searching for a salon that can meet all of your hair needs and wants this is THE place. I personally went in with a hair crisis...my hair has broken off due to over coloring and stress. The ENTIRE staff made me feel very welcome and went out of their way to help me. The ladies are very knowledgeable, and do amazing work! They only want the very best for you. (No worries if you are tender headed!) Jakob and Jake came up with a plan to help my hair heal and become healthy again. 🥳 So don't loose hope! They are wonderful. Joel Hayes is amazing! He has been doing my hair for several years now. I recently followed him to this salon when he relocated. The new location is great. There is ample parking, and it is a beautiful, quiet salon with a boutique feel. Both Joel and Jakob do beautiful work. Jacob at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. I love the Davines products they carry here too. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!

I came to him almost 2 years ago with a huge mess on my head. Before Jakob was recommended to me by a friend, I had unfortunately gone to another local salon for highlights and left there with "cheetah print " on most of my roots instead of highlights. I was horrified and in tears. She made it worse trying to "fix" it. I wore a hat every day until my appointment with Jakob. Needless to say, Jakob was a breath of fresh air. He was so patient and took his time explaining what exactly he would have to do with my hair to achieve what I desired. My first appointment with him was a huge success. Now, I am a regular, lifetime client !! He always does a fabulous job on my highlights, lowlights, haircuts and with styling it as well. I am forever grateful for his talent !!

Jakob’s work remains the best on the Gulf Coast. A few sessions ago we added hair extensions for thickness and a little length, & I have been so pleasantly surprised at how easy the grow out and maintenance has been through the summer. He’s very careful and purposeful with every detail on YOUR head. I ended up with a couple hand tied rows, and then we saw I was thinner on one side of my head, he suggested letting him bead in a weft of blonde for a pop of contrast. Shape, placement, the haircut after install, and staying realistic with how you already maintain your own hair are all “small” things that he’s keeping in mind with his work-so you have the best experience possible for the longest amount of time between sessions. I’m grateful to have found someone so true to his craft.

My favorite hairstylist ever, Joel Hayes, recently moved to this salon, and of course I followed him without hesitation. He gives the best perms ever for loose bouncy low maintenance curl, and he knows how to cut and style curly hair to perfection. Love the new location. Such a friendly group. Highly recommend!
