Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"My" store in Pickerington is not only convenient but the store always looks brand new even though it's been open for several years. The employees are not only professional but personable and always willing to help. I especially look forward to John helping me. He's knowledgeable, respectful and always makes you feel welcome whether you're purchasing something or getting paint strips/books for ideas.

Sales associates are always very helpful with any questions. Online orders are made promptly. Never had any issues.

I recently was in and purchased some materials, afterwards I received an email asking for a review so I filled out there form and emailed it back. There was some small things i was unhappy with, very minor things but i just gave them an honest review. They proceeded to reach out to me via email and call to see what they could do to make things better. For me this was not necessary, it was very minor and would have never posted anything had i not received an email asking me to.
Anyways they have followed up with me multiple times to make sure that I was happy. It was very nice seeing a business care about their customers the way this management team did especially on such a small purchase.

I am updating my review because the Store manager retired, I believe. The new manager is Ally and I feel that the leadership in this store continues to be great. I stopped today and received great customer service as before. I needed to order an out of stock item and this was a great experience too. Great customer service.

Great customer service. Every time I visit this store, the customer service is Great. The store manager, Steve, is very helpful. His leadership shows throughout the entire store and all of the store employees. They helped me pick out the right product for my job and their follow-up was great. We are very happy to have this store in our community. Thank You.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and prompt customer service! Took all the time needed with me even though other customers were in the store. The paint is great too! I will be back! The color and paint type choice was an excellent recommendation! Thank you Sherwin Williams! This is after multiple negative experiences at Lowe's and with RH. Had to throw most of their old paint away and redo my rooms!

Meghan and the gentleman whose name escapes me at the moment (4/17) were so wonderful at matching a color from a cabinet door that we brought in. We came to the store 5 - 10 minutes before closing, and were ashamed to be those type of people. I rarely write reviews, but they were so helpful and kind to us. My wife and I were just saying to each other as we work on our project how well they matched the color, and how generous they were with their time. Thank you so much! I will only go here for our painting needs.

I ordered several gallons of paint from this location. While my initial order had some complications with online ordering and the paint not being tinted, the manager was great about resolving my issue. I'm very pleased to see a company that takes so much care to see that customers are satisfied.

Excellent customer service. The owner was very nice, patient with me while I tried to figure out exactly what I needed, and extremely helpful. There needs to be more people like him in this world.

Don and I have been doing quite a bit of updating, painting, etc and I just want to give a big shout out to the Pickerington Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. We were going out of our comfort zone to use a stain on a few projects and when we tried it on a table top, the wood on our project did not take it well. I wasn't happy with the look I got on this particular project. The manager had told us, if it doesn't work, you can certainly bring it back. We took it back and he was a person of his word. Thank you for the professional knowledge in the Pickerington store! So glad you are here!

Our team uses several Sherwin stores in order to provide excellent service to our customers. However, this is our main store: convenience, well stocked with pretty much any paint product you’ll need, extremely knowledgeable staff and so likable. Even during this Covid-19 doing business differently they haven’t missed a beat. If you’re like me you want to do business with folks you know, like and trust. Steve and his team are those people.

I have been a painting contractor for 18 years and nothing compares to sherwin-Williams products. When I moved to Columbus I was lucky to find a store manager like Steve to help me with any need I have. When he switched stores to open a new location I followed him there as my main store. Im thankful for his efforts in doing everything he can to make sure my operation runs smoothly. His knowledge and expertise are unremarkable and I honestly don't know why Sherwin Williams hasn't made him at least a district manager. I work all over Columbus so I have to visit other stores sometimes that's close to my jobsite. Most stores are good wth prompt friendly service but if I get into difficult questions or need a particular part I have to call Steve or wait until I get a chance to get back to his store. Example: I dread going to the 630 south high st. store. The counter people can't answer a single question without looking for someone else to answer it for them. And apparently the ones who may know are never within eyesight. Hiding in the office maybe. I needed a spray gun filter they guy had no idea what I was talking about then when he found someone they said they didn't carry gun filters.. what?? You carry tips, hoses, rock catchers, and spray guns but no filters of any kind?? Screwed up my day and I had to wait until the next day when I saw Steve to get what I needed.

Sherwin-Williams offers great paint and other related products but the real difference is the helpfulness of the store staff. Steve is the manager at our local store and he, along with his staff go out of their way to help with all your painting projects.

The assistance in picking color was helpful since I couldn’t decide. The service was great. Employees were pleasant to work.

Pickerington’s Sherwin Williams is top notch. They were able to attain the exact color I wanted. It was a process, but they kept working with it until they got a perfect match. Great customer service!

The products are a very good quality. The real selling point is the people that work there. They are very helpful and knowledgable. The Manager, Steve, is an incredibly helpful and useful resource.

Great store. Clean and inviting. All the sales associates are knowledgeable about the products and can be of great assistance when you have a question. Hill Rd store is my favorite location to visit!
