Lovers is an exceptional store that always makes me feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable every time I walk through its doors. From the moment I enter, the friendly and attentive staff greets me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. Their commitment to excellent customer service is evident in every interaction, as they patiently answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations tailored to my needs. The store's inviting atmosphere and well-organized layout further enhance the shopping experience, creating a space where I feel at ease exploring their diverse selection of products. Each visit to Lovers leaves me feeling valued and satisfied, knowing that I am always in good hands.

Came in on 5/22/24 at 4pm and was immediately greeted on entry by one of the nicest staff members I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She put my partner and I at ease and immediately asked us open questions about what we were looking for and how best she could help. I roved while she helped my partner with some amazing toy recommendations. She gave us plenty of space and approached us at exactly the right times to help us when we were stumped. She talkes to us about rope and give us an amazing recommendation on safety scissors. All and all we were so very happy with our purchases and her welcomed help.

Employees are always super helpful and very friendly! Don’t be shy to come in, they will make sure to make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. The lingerie sets are super cute, I always find something to wear.

My partner and I are from Spokane and have a lovers in town. We had heard from friends that the lovers in Tukwila is massive and had way more to it. We were already on a week trip to Seattle so we decided to stop in. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff. My partner and I were looking around at all the different items they carry and Tanya came to check on us and help us find exactly what we needed. Even though we didn’t plan on getting anything Tanya helped us find things we wouldn’t have thought about beforehand but are so glad we got. And even though we were mainly helped by Tanya, the rest of the staff were very kind and genuine asking us about our trip and giving us recommendations for local places we should stop at. Amazing service and an amazing experience!

Hannah the area Manager is the most awesome helpful and amazing employee I have ever had help me at Lovers.... If ever in the area don't hesitate to stop in and have her help you in your search for those fun items!!! Thanks Hanna for your determination to help me find what we needed!!!! The best!!

Best selection of sexy supplies and very knowledgeable staff that make you feel comfortable asking questions. The first Tuesday is always 20% off PLUS there's always an additional 20% professional discount every day.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Learned some store locations don't sell certain brands/products that other larger locations might but they were helpful in finding the product by calling other location for me and having product ready when I arrived.

Barb was lovely. Super knowledgeable, personable, funny, and very helpful. We left with better moods than we arrived and a perfect addition to the bedroom. Thanks!

Super helpful staff and very broad and organized selection. Parking is a plenty too. They do not offer refunds so do your homework before you go. They lady tried to get me to buy higher end products and I kind of wish I did now! Fun date night idea:)

I was doing some Father's Day gift shopping today and enjoyed the best customer service experience I've had in years at the Southcenter location. Hannah is an exceptional retail professional, knowledgable, warm and friendly; Lovers is lucky to have her representing their company.

If you're in the market for, um, none of my business, go see Hannah; neck tattoos and green hair, you can't miss her.

I enjoyed the staff as they were very helpful. The store had a lot of choices. I've always had a great experience here.

Great store, helpful staff, good selection. I really liked the second floor they used to have with lots of additional items of interest and art pieces, but the smaller store is still great.

Staff is great, Hannah in particular helped us and was wonderful. Vibration was a little weak on what we purchased but appreciated the in-depth knowledge on things!

Very wide variety of toys, lingerie, and more. The employees were very nice and helpful. They even have toys out of the boxes for you to feel to make sure it's right for you before buying.
