I came in auto zone looking for a part for my car and didn’t know where to start at all & Mike helped me every step of the way. I can’t believe ya’ll fired him smh he’s literally the best person there. Hire that man back please & thank you!!!

I went in looking for a part and the man at the register, Juan was very helpful in helping me to find the right part for my car and showing me my options. He went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure that I was well taken care of. Thank you so much!

Looking for parts and gadgets, only found half, clerk was quick to locate the things I needed at other store locations. Place was clean, well organized, prices as expected.

Mike was super helpful ran me through what could possibly be wrong and even told me me check some things I didn’t even know would be the problem, Asia the phone lady was also very helpful and patient over the phone. Switch over from advanced to auto zone nowwwww

Went to the VA Ave location today and the employees was great there. Instantly helped me find the parts for my clients car and got me out the door.

This place saved my life today! I purchased a battery from the autozone on dual highway not realizing that no one in the store was willing to help me install it, so I left that place with 3 kids and now a car battery and No knowledge of how to install it. Thank goodness Juan at this autozone was very helpful and installed my battery for me! So thank you so so much! I definitely recommend this autozone!

I went in to get a headlight bulb and I had a question. They had my headlight bulbs waiting for me and they were able to answer my question easily and quickly. The employ Terry and his manager were both super Amazing and we were both in and out very quickly and we both had our questions taken care of.

Very Friendly and Helpful staff. The gentleman that was working Sunday took out my bad battery and replaced it with the new one at the same time helping the other staff with what questions and problems the was facing. Thank you very much

My kids and I stopped in this store on our way home from vacation. We had about a 5-6 hour trip left that night when my engine light came on and I had recently lost both headlights. Juan Jones was wonderful and probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! He took the time to help me with my headlights, explained what was wrong, and told me what all I needed. He was even going to help me find a local mechanic if I was staying in the area. He seemed genuinely concerned about our safety. He went above and beyond to help us and gave me the peace of mind returning home from our trip that night. Highly recommend this store and Juan Jones!

I had the check engine light come on, and so I stopped to have it hooked up to the diagnostic machine. He told me the part I required was not in stock, so I had to order, and was there the next day!

I went to get windshield wipers for my car this evening, and was happily helped by Juan. He was probably one of the most kind, helpful, and funny people that I’ve had help me. I usually only write reviews if they were exceptional and he definitely was. He put them on my car, and showed me how to as he was doing it, since I’ve never put them on myself. I really appreciated his help, his great attitude, and one hundred percent would come back and ask for him for anything else I needed.

Customer service was beyond exceptional, very pleased with my experience here today. CSR was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Helped me to find the best, yet affordable new battery and installed it in record time. My stress over this situation has been alleviated seeing as to how I definitely needed a reliable ride to work. Completely awesome, I will recommend this AutoZone location (Dual Highway, Hagerstown MD ,same plaza as Aldi's) to everyone. Thanks!

Asia was extremely helpful today, store was very clean. Obtained the parts we needed with great service, I will be returning again and again.

I found what I needed, but had the sales person double check the computer anyway. All was fine, they rang me up and went with me to my car to switch out my windshield wiper blade. Wonderful experience.

The service was absolutely great. The employee that waited on me was wonderful.He came outside and replaced my headlight for me, which saved me a service fee at my dealership. I saved a lot of money yesterday. I certainly will return to your store for any service again. Also will let others know about the excellent service your store offers.

Called around to find a k&n filter for my harley...a gentleman at this autozone looked it up..put me on hold for a minute, while he walked back to grab it and brought it up to the front desk. He made sure they had it before i drove out there and wasted my time. Never got his name so i could put it in this review. Anyways..got there the staff was friendly and helpful and rung me up quickly and was out the the door..but had to thank the person for finding my part..but he was busy and the back..but i did offer a thank you to him via another staff member.

The employee was very helpful. Almost had everything I needed for the brake job in stock. Ordered one flex hose that arrived the very next day. I was able to finish the brake project very quickly.

The employees have always been helpful when it comes to finding the right part and even how you should go about fixing it. I had door locks that were acting on their own one time and an employee came out and helped fix the issue. And another time I had trouble changing a headlight because Chevy made it difficult to replace and an employee helped me remove the fixture in order to replace it and get on the road. I don't know much about the company itself but I do know these people are very helpful and kind.
