Mike’s team came out and got rid of our old carpet. They were able to find our discontinued flooring to match our kitchen and the 3 gentleman that came out to our home did such a wonderful job. 10/10 and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The workers were very respectful of our home and I couldn’t be happier.

It was a pleasure working with Ashley and Mike to get our new vinyl plank flooring installed. Ashley’s help making our design decisions was invaluable. Mike spent extra time with us, explaining our install options and giving us a fair and reasonable estimate that was all-inclusive. Ashley and Mike responded to our phone calls quickly and we’re flexible scheduling the work. The work was done when promised and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Just had Pro Flooring do their second job in our home and couldn't be happier with the quality of the overall job and the professionalism that Duane and his recently hired assistant, Scott showed. We had some screwy situations for them to deal with and alot of demolition but they never complained and completed the whole job on time and were nice guys to have around. We will certainly use their services again in the future. By the way, Mike beat everyone elses prices and stood by the quote that he had given us months prior.

Excellent work in our new bathroom. The tub surround, custom shower, and floor are perfect! Really appreciated the help with selecting the tile and suggestions for accents.

The did an expert job taking up a tile floor (from concrete) and replacing with a vinyl plank wood floor. We are going to use them again for new carpets in the upstairs.

Very happy with there service!

We had all our flooring replace about 7 years ago after a fire. We wanted a local company to do the work. I had met Mike a few months earlier. We got a great job with a fair price and everything Mike recommended turned out just as we hoped for. When I first started the job with Mike he said always covered no matter what and he would stretch the carpet when ever it was needed. I have been to the shop and spoke to his wife and daughter about this several times but I am getting no response from Mike.
I suspect that he and my son who owns a local business as well had a disagreement over something and I am not going to be serviced because of it .
The work overall was great but now that I have to find someone to stretch the carpet and repair the tile that are coming up I have to say I am sorry that I didn’t go to Lowes.
Just wanted to let others know what you might expect if you’re looking for a local to do your work

This place has really poor customer service and extremely shady business practices.

I was choosing between two different flooring options, both vinyl plank. One option was $4.60/ square foot and the other was $7.40l square foot for approximately 1400 sq feet.

The prices I was quoted were $10,500 versus $13,400. Based on my square footage, this means that the less expensive option would be about $3,000 in install costs and the more expensive option would be $1,000 on install costs.

I asked the owner, Mike, to please explain the difference in pricing, and he said that it was a business practice not to disclose what the cost per square foot is of the entire project. He repeatedly told me I didn't understand that what I was asking was confidential and intentional business practice not to share this information. I told him I was not comfortable paying $7,000 in a deposit up front without knowing exactly what it's for.

He told me I simply didn't understand and then said have a nice day and hung up on me.

Extremely appalling service. I'll be taking our business elsewhere. What a shame.

Edit: based on Mike's response below, this is an extremely shady business practice. I simply want to know what the breakdown is of what is labor versus material. Mike has not provided me an itemized statement of labor cost. This is shady and not a standard business practice.

Very poor costumer service. The owner was rude and unwilling to handle a mistake that they made with professionalism in anyway. The sales contract was broken with no willingness to resolve the issue that they created. I simple gesture would have made the entire situation completely different but instead I was treated very rudely with the owner actually hanging up the phone with no resolution to the breach of contract.

Owner is a slimball installer are sloppy carpet will fall apart when vacuuming and way to expensive I I guarantee something in your house will be broke or damaged before the job is done

Pro should not be in their name installation was bad. Mike made excuses but wouldn’t fix the problem I will never use them again
