I was just in the store and excited to look at the cute clothes I saw in the window. When I walked in there were 2 girls sitting, on their phones and said nothing to me. Did not say hello, ask what I’m looking for or acknowledge me the whole time I was in the store. Their eyes were glued to their phones. Not employees that should be working any longer. Rude

I bought a dress from here and the next day the entire bottom ripped… came back and the girl working said no worries come back anytime and pick out something else (I was in a hurry) so she wrote on my receipt that it was okay for me to go over the return date. I came back a week later and the manager I think? Said it didn’t matter what was written on the receipt and she couldn’t offer me a replacement because it was “worn.” Didn’t offer me an exchange even though her employee clearly wrote it on the receipt. Terrible service, unprofessional, and the “manager” in there needs to rethink her policies if she’s selling cheaply made clothes

I recently visited the mall in Scottsdale and saw this boutique which caught my attention but when I entered the store there was no greeting. Only two employees on their phones acting like whatever they were engaged in was faaaar more important than their customers & after I went in a couple other customers walked in and still no greeting. We all left the store with no items. I was going to purchase but I rather give my money to a business that cares about their customers.
