PJ's Coffee

Interesting location that seems confusing at first... feels like you're pulling into a parking garage but when you realize it used to be drive-thru banking it all makes sense. I used the drive through but they do have an outside cafe seating area which is conveniently covered by the way they are under the parking structure but also still airy and open. I'll bet it's just perfect on a rainy day. Yes, they are a newer location but an established brand, and I can tell the owner cares about the business and the customers. Staff helped me order, register for their rewards program, very helpful.

Need to know: if you can come from the south heading up Church Street to turn right into the garage structure that will be the easiest. You can turn in from the north but you might have to wait for the northbound traffic to clear or yourself block the left turn lane.

I can’t say enough positive things about PJs coffee. They make fresh from scratch beignets which are fluffy powdered sugar donuts from Louisiana. I come here several times per month. A little hard to find it’s under a parking garage in downtown Huntsville.

Just what downtown needed! I was surprised to find it occupied a little corner of the parking garage... but boy, does it pretty up the place!
There is only outdoor seating, but it's a cozy protected nook with swings and hanging lights.

The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate my 4-year-old who wanted to be included in the coffee break, but didn't need the caffeine.

The bananas foster coffee is great (heavier on the caramel notes than banana), and the pumpkin s'mores coffee was a combination. The green tea mojito is bright and refreshing. And the beignets are delightful.

So far have only rolled in for the beignets, but they were on point, made to order so served hot as beignets should be. Love the funky atmosphere under the parking deck, would definitely hang there when I had more time.

We made a large order for our company's employee breakfast. The strawberry cream cheese pastries were a huge hit, the egg bites were delicious and the coffee great. The beignets were the star of the show!

Cool place. Drive thru in a parking garage. I didn't love the King Cake, but had never had King Cake before. Beignet's were good and warm.

Happen to just notice this fantastic idea of a drive thru coffee shop attached to the parking deck as I was driving to my office. The coffee and beignets were delicious and the lady who served me was so kind! I'm so excited to specifically see a drive thru coffee shop right near the middle of downtown Huntsville... love several others in the area but sometimes there isn't time to find a parking spot and physically walk in to get coffe so this just made my day. And how convenient for those who may be parking/working near that deck. I'll definitely be back!!!!

The best beignets you’ll find outside of New Orleans. PJ’s downtown is a great place to sit outside with the family and enjoy a sunny morning with a great cup of coffee and a sugary treat. Love this place.

Outstanding repurposing of looks to be a bank teller drive-through! Great use of existing space. The coffee is superb, and beignets *almost* as good as being in New Orleans.

They are open! Nice and quick coffee place that supports app ordering downtown.

This place is so cute! I love the seating area. The beignets are to die for! So glad there is a location closer to me, I will be returning for more for sure.

We went to their grand opening this morning at the Huntsville, AL location. Their beignets are amazing! Do yourself a favor and go check them out!
