Dave’s Cosmic Subs in Macedonia, Ohio, is a gem! Their Reuben and Corned Beef sandwiches made my St. Patty’s Day meal unforgettable. The meat quality is top-notch, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. Plus, their Steak and Chicken Subs are a must-try. A simple but fantastic spot for delicious subs and sandwiches.

I recently had the most amazing sub party tray ever! It had a delicious assortment of subs with different fillings like turkey, ham and pickle on top with loaded cheese. The bread was fresh and the toppings were so flavorful. Each bite was like a party in my mouth! I highly recommend trying it out if you're looking to impress your guests or just want a tasty treat for yourself. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! 🥪😋

Great sub place! Ordered number 1 (classic) and 27 (grateful) from the menu, both tasted great! Both girls working there were very friendly and gave us recommendations since it was our first time there; the lady in the back who was making the subs also shared her favourites too! Food was served in no time. Nice music, clean store, bathroom was very clean as well. Great experience.

The crew at Dave's was fantastic. I placed a catering order for work, for an early pick up. They came in early and made the order then called me to let me know it was done early. The work group loved the subs, they're always fantastic! Thanks Dave's crew

This was my 2nd visit to Dave's in 3 years(I'm not from the area). The subs and fries have been fantastic both times. I had a regular sub, and could eat only half. The cajun fries are great, but surprisingly spicy.
If you have a hankering for a sandwich, try Dave's before anywhere else.

What a fun place to get a sandwich. There are so many options to choose from, and they all looked so good. The sandwich I got was exactly what I was hoping for. And the atmosphere is super fun.

Upon entering this solstice of hippy gourmet enlightenment you immediately smell the best part of your day coming shortly.... a Cosmic sub. I'd rent a Volkswagen bus and drive from California to have another.

I absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for months and we love the food. The tuna Dave and the Dave's club are our go to orders! The owner, Andrew, is such a wonderful owner! The vibes and service are top tier every time we go. Will always be a go to when in the Boardman area !

Great experience at the Macedonia location! The staff was super friendly and the subs were amazing! So happy that Dave’s now has gluten free sub bread - it’s the best I have tried and always tastes so fresh! Looking forward to dining at this location again. 5+ stars

In my opinion these are the best subs in the area and they've got plenty of competition. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and the atmosphere of the restaurant is nostalgia heaven. The food always tastes fresh and they've got some sub combinations you can't find anywhere else. My go to place for subs.

Dave's is a quirky (in a good way) sub shop. We ran across it while traveling for Christmas. My Italian sub was very tasty with all the veggies in prime condition. I wasn't crazy about the flavor of the pickle spear, but otherwise a great experience. We will definitely consider stopping here again if we're in the area.

Wow! Best sub I've ever had! I got the #19 The "Hey Dave" with an extra side cup of Dave's horseradish sauce for pouring over my sub and dipping my sub into when I needed a bit more "bite" towards the end. I love horseradish, and Dave's sauce has just the right amount of horseradish to give it "bite" without being overpowering. This sub had tons on real swiss cheese melted over the top, sealing the corned beef and coleslaw between the sides of the sub bun. It was still messy while eating, but I'd get all that delicious horseradish sauce and coleslaw dripping down my finger and running over my palms anytime to eat this again!
Plus the place has a laid-back, funky old school rock & roll vibe, and a bathroom where you can wash your hands before & after licking all that sweet horseradish sauce and coleslaw off your hands... 😁

I love coming to Dave's! I pick up Doordash orders and the workers are so nice everytime I come in. Especially the cashier Gianna, her personality is amazing! She has great customer service.

My son is a newly resident to Ohio and we saw the great reviews so we made a extra trip from downtown Cleveland to check out the macedonia location. The young girl in the front was extremely nice and we got the pleasure of meeting the owner. The owner was so nice and friendly. I ordered the Philly sub and I swear it was the best I've ever tasted. My son also raved about his turkey sub which was delicious as well. After finishing the owner ask us how everything was and we had a little conversation. Come to find out the front service girl was her grand daughter. These two set the bar so high on customer service excellence. First off, service was great. The girls behind the counter we very friendly. Second off, stop what you're doing and go get Dave's Famous Bleu 10/10 the best sub I've ever tasted. Hope this helps in your decision between Jimmy Johns or Dave's. DAVE'S

My first visit to a Dave's. Enjoyed the bread and the meat and the cosmic sauce. Service was pretty good given they were busy. Cajun fries had ample seasoning.
