Walgreens Pharmacy

Very high quality Walgreens with friendly staff. The shopping center it was located in was very clean and had a lot of places to go to as well. This included Whole Foods Market and fast food like Taco Bell.

Great people. Tough neighborhood in a rough town, but they go the distance and serve there customers with smiles and thank yous.

Visited there recently. Very nice atmosphere.

The pharmacy is 24 hours, around the clock.

They're are open 24 hours Wich is great but there is always a long line it seems unless it's late

It is a VERY busy location, if you do not need 24hr service there are additional location on Springsroad and American Canyon.

Cant seem to get their $#! t together...

This store is no longer open 24 hrs and their drive thru window is no longer open period. It's more convenient and SAFER to go out of my way across the highway to Safeway than to have prescriptions filled here. Too bad as they're so much closer.

I was there today 5 November 2023. Bout 1300h. The lady at the front counter did not say anything to me which is their policy to give you a greeting when walking through the sliding door. Be that as it may I got some bday cards and Xmas cards 4 our mother back east, from my brother and me ,Anti itch meds, bandages on sale, a calligraphy pen and tic tacs that Same lady at the front counter was very very rude and not just to me, so I decided to say something about her rudeness to her mentioning it was Christmas, she denied her apparent rudeness I left it at that however she was still rude , so much so I was not paying attention to how much I was being charged for my items..That night I checked my days receipts as always, but low and behold my receipt for Walgreens was not there. ( Surprise surprise ). So I checked my account she charged me almost 77.00 $ 🤔🤨🫤😠 for those few items . I'll certainly be calling tomorrow morning or better yet dropping by. Beware always of Walgreens Redwood. I haven't had too many good experiences there .... The night staff are #1. And then some my hats off to them. To the day mng. I'll see you in the am for a big refund I hope Im not given a hard time .. ... .

Drugs in San Franciscos Tenderloin District.

Always a huge line to pick up medicine, and a long wait for them to even fill a prescription. They used to be open 24 hours, now they close at 5:30( the drive through). Expect to sit in line for at least 30-40 min to pick up medicine

This is a review regarding the Walgreens pharmacy service in redwood st. in Vallejo . I really liked the idea of drive-thru pharmacy service during COVID time & it was the only reason I kept using their service. However, I’ve had enough of this place. I did not know why sometimes I ended up getting short of my medications even before I reach the time for refills of my medications. I did not know why some of my medications looked different time to time. I did not know why I had to make several trips to the pharmacy to get complete refills on three medications that were prescribed on a same paper on a same day by my physician. All I know is that five pills were short in one of my medication bottle when I finally counted right after I picked them up from the pharmacy today. Tomorrow, when I wake up, I still have to continue battle with Walgreens pharmacy to get one prescription that they could not refill-even after three days I dropped off my MD’s prescription. Their excuse was “your refill request was not approved by the prescriber”. Now, this does make no sense to me. My physician, who has been prescribing these medications for more than 5 years, would not have written me the prescriptions in front of me if he were to disapprove it later. How many times they used these line? Tomorrow, when I wake up, I have to continue battle with Walgreens pharmacy on Redwood Vallejo to get the last prescription refill. I hope it goes smoothly and I hope I get the correct number of pills of right medication ASAP because I ran out of this medication.
And this will be the last time that I’ll bite the bullet but no more.

Give this place a 1 star for the Pharmacy because they refused to fill a Rx for my son's seizures that they got from UCSF without calling UCSF and talking to his neurologist @ 10:30pm on a Saturday. So now I have to take my son in to the hospital to get his medication. I understand it is a controlled substance but it came the Rx came from the on call doctor @ UCSF because we ran out before we could pick it up from Walmart in Vacaville and they are the closest pharmacy open that takes Medi-cal. I will do everything in my power to never have to come back to this store. And I hope the lady that gave wife such a hard time about has to call and check if she gets suspended hours. Don't f*** with kids meds.

Absolutely incompetent staff, I tried calling in to see if my medication was ready and had a few questions about it and I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on 3 separate times. When they did finally answer the pharmacist had no idea how to answer my simple questions and could barely speak English and her Spanish was even worse.

Never go to this Walgreens if you want any sort of help.

Zero stars for not picking up the phone... waiting over 15 min
