I came to Andrew and the Frederick Sign & Banner Company with what I thought was an impossible ask (especially after another national sign company turned down my project/sign idea). Not only were they able to complete the job, but they exceeded all of my expectations. On April 16th I reached out to Andrew at Frederick Sign and Banner via e-mail regarding some social distancing floor signs for our facility. Being in the middle of a pandemic I was having a hard time getting signs made. Andrew responded to my e-mail very quickly, had me an electronic sample within hours. He even printed me 2 smaller trial signs to see what material was going to work best. This was great because what we thought we wanted would not have worked with our floors based on the color we picked. We suggested a change that was completed within an hour. We placed an order and had 40 16” Social distancing signs within the week. The overall process was quick, seamless and outstanding communication. I am 100% confident that in a pinch Andrew will make it happen. Frederick Sign and Banner has outstanding customer service, and I will be a customer from now on. I have a lot of projects that I will be sending to Andrew and his crew.

This place is horrible. I came in one day to get a quote for a sign to be made for my business. I talk to the owner. He got down all my info said was going to call me back when he has a layout/proof ect. I waited a month never got a call back. Not even an email. So I called him back. His answer was they are to busy to take our order because they wouldn't make thousands of dollars like the bigger bussiness. WOW ok I'll take my small bussiness to express signs in Frederick, they got my two signs made in a week. Also follow up on everything. Emails. Calls. Not like Frederick signs and banner. This guy is money hungry.
