Phenomenal customer service with Luis!
I had the great fortune of reaching Luis at this location when I chose the video chat option for customer support, even though I am in FL. Luis helped navigate a complicated change of plan, addition of new line, and two new phones as well
as porting a number from another carrier. During our call we were disconnected (he promptly called me back); we had to schedule a later afternoon call, and he was in constant contact with me regarding that follow up call, as he was running late at the time we had agreed upon.
Even a week later, I had to reach out due to delays with the former carrier on my new line and the release of a phone number, and Luis was just as helpful as ever. He helped me arrange my trade-in drop-offs to a local store, as well as ensure I was getting the new phones with the memory and color I wanted, checking inventory at multiple stores.

Didn't get the guy's name who helped me today but he did an awesome job transferring all my data, pics, apps. My old phone didn't won't to cooperate at first but he was patient and got it done. Thank you so much.

The store was fairly busy when I first went, so I had about a five to eight minute wait before a retail agent could work with me. I was a little thrown off because the person who ended up working with me didn't have any identifying markers (Verizon shirt, name tag, etc.). However, he was extremely friendly and the perfect amount of both professional and laid back. He made my transition from AT&T smooth and easy, and assisted me in picking out a new phone. He asked questions and made me feel listened to, and I think he did an excellent job pairing me with my phone. I'm writing this review on it as we speak, several months into owning it, and this phone is still a perfect fit. This is the first phone I've ever owned that has gone issue-free for this long.

Pretty seamless transition from a s21 Ultra to a s23 Ultra, my salesman took care of everything

Had a great experience!! Was greeted at the door by Brian Mobley. He was very friendly and helpful. He worked very hard to meet my needs. He took care of what I needed and set me up with a new "jet pack". I was in and out in no time! Thank you Brian Mobley for being so helpful!!!! I will ask for you personally on my next visit even if I have to wait.

I never imagined getting the best customer service from a wireless store, but I did with Giovanni Landaverde. Best employee hands down, helped me with a technical issue about switching my line over. I will definitely be switching all my lines to Verizon. Thank you!!

My phone broke over the week. As I am a manager at large business in Dalton, I had to get this issue taken care of quickly. Even though there were a couple of hiccups, Matt was great. He followed up on my phone order and did everything he could to get me taken care of. Great service. Do yourself a favor and ask for Matt when you go in!

I started a new family plan today with my husband, and was putting off the visit because I thought it would be frustrating. Henrietta was my Verizon representative, and always will be. She made the process smooth and painless, even though we had one broken phone and switched into Verizon from separate plans and providers. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and even multitasked. The staff was very nice and understood my situation. Even though their system was running slow, they got what I needed done and I am very pleased with the service.

I highly recommend that anyone go to the Verizon store rather than Victra, a contractor for Verizon. My experience has been that It's always better to go straight to the source rather than through a middle man.

Good service, had the phone I wanted to buy. Limited allowed entrance during the pandemic but you can still be seen for your needs. Need mask.

if you're going to do anything at Verizon make sure it's a corporate store so you get the support you need I bought several phones from kiosks and never had the proper support these people in Dalton are fantastic

Had complicated problems with old phone, young man named Brian was so patient and helped me with all my problems and got me into a great new phone, very affordable with all the extras for only $10 a month.

Workers are friendly and very informative. Clean environment and workers will even tell you a way to save money when addingn sommething new to your line. Great place!
