Great place, great prices and best customer service around

I dont do reviews often, but I've been to 5 separate smoke shops in total that don't carry the replacement coils and/pods for my vape and this shop had what I needed on the shelf, the whole entire time...I'm highly pleased with the selection and vibe this place has! This was the one stop shop I was looking for. Coming to this shop was worth the drive already at this point, to say the very least.

When I walked in the door the first thing I noticed is the large selection of products. In terms of selection and new product, this shop has its competition beat. At first glance I could tell this place has a wider selection of mod kits, starter kits, tanks, coils, pods, liquid, disposables, d8, accessories, etc. than any other smoke shop I've been to in Ocala. I found coils, pods, and the exact mod kit that I spent months searching for. What a relief...They also have a full smoke shop but what stood out to me the most about this store was the feeling of excitement and content I was bestowed with after my visit.
The shop attendant, Aaron, undoubtedly had extensive far-reaching knowledge across each product line. He really was a genuinely kind person and seemed thrilled to help in a way that created what can only be described as the most welcoming feeling I've ever had while being inside of a store. He took his time to listen to my ideas or thoughts, address my concerns, and answer my questions with generous and helpful information. Aaron did a great job to cater to my best interests and take initiative towards all of my needs today. After finally quitting smoking after 9 years this has created a positive, impactful, and valuable one-of-a-kind experience for my alternative needs.

I am usually a tough customer to please but he took my interests, concerns, and opinions very seriously and I had the most incredibly refreshing experience due to the fact that Aaron interacts with me in a kinder fashion than my own family does.

I'd rather come here and get what I need than go to different smoke shops looking for 1 item to still come out empty handed.
I look forward to my next visit when I have more time to look around at their new stuff. Great service good products wonderful staff.

I've been looking for a go to spot for my vape and glass needs, I had just started on my vaping journey and wasn't sure where to start, but when I walked in Tonya greeted me and was very knowledgeable and professional; She helped me pick out my first vape and showed me how to assemble it. Best smoke shop in Ocala, worth any extra travel for this experience. GREAT PRICES and CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Loved this place!! The lady working was extremely polite and helpful. They have a wide variety of products, and they had my tobacco and tunes in stock! They definitely gained a new customer. Highly recommend!!

Definitely a great stop ✋🏼 been in there about 3 times now and theres a female manager i forgot her name but is great super helpful with all my questions Very knowledgeable of the products I even ended up grabbing a new mod for myself and brought my wife back a few days later for another it’s close by my residence which is great considering there are atleast 2 other shops close by I know of and also frequent but I. Am glad we stopped in and Checked this place out huge inventory of items and all around great customer service that didn’t break the bank everything is reasonably priced even compared to online sales and that is a major plus in my book 5 stars all day

Amazing variety in each & everything. The guy Alex is so helpful, knowledgeable and provided me with the best Bong !!! A cool vibe in the store. Must visit guyssss
