Super late review but I always have a good experience here and love when there’s a sale in store or online.

What can I say about Brooks Brothers? Since there was a little girl my father was confined to a wheelchair. He was raised in Manhattan and had a very particular and peculiar way of thinking and dressing. He was very frugal but all his clothes came from Brooks Brothers be it his pajamas to his socks. When the shop in Chevy Chase opened my father was so happy. I would drive him there about once every two or three years. And he would stock up on his pajamas and other small items. He really had to buy new clothes because as I said he wasn't a wheelchair and not particularly active. But always appropriately dressed. One of my best stories about Brooks Brothers is as my father aged he developed more and more idiosyncrasies probably because he was confined to a wheelchair. One of his fears was when he was in a vehicle being driven by someone else he was terrified of making left hand turns. So I mapped out a way to get from our house, about 2 miles at most from Brooks Brothers making only right hand turns. And then I had to map out a way to come home using only right hand turns. It was an adventure but it's soothed his soul.

I have been shopping at this store for over 35 years. It is a gem. It’s easy to park and it’s quick to get in and out. The service has always been excellent. So much easier than other Brooks Brothers locations

This note is to thank Brooks Brothers for the impressive services rendered to me by Ms. Dominique Ingram of the Chevy Chase branch on Wisconsin Avenue. She is unfailingly thoughtful, pleasant, and kind.

Recently, I brought in a jacket which needed buttons and a pair of slacks on which the hem had fallen. She asked if the trousers had been dry cleaned, and I said that although I was wearing them on almost a daily basis, they had not been dry cleaned lately. She took the clothes to the tailor and gave me a receipt.

Today, I went to pick up the jacket and slacks and asked that she charge me when she said that the pants had been dry cleaned before the tailor worked on the hem. She told me that she had discussed it with the manager and they had already paid for the dry cleaning, so the service was complementary. What a gracious act.

I noticed that when I went into the store last time, she was extraordinarily thoughtful and kind to us as customers, and I saw the same behavior exhibited again today.

Thanks, Brooks Brothers, for having such a terrific individual on staff. She certainly makes the store one to which a customer wants to return again and again.

Had a suit fitted for an upcoming wedding and it was actually ready for pickup a bit early and fit like a glove! Good service and great products.

I tried on wearing two different suits by size. I felt comfortable with the second suit because it has a lot of room for myself to regulate during activities during an occasion. I am, what different tailors say, a size 38 short, but I wear regular because of the fit and room space. I will definitely come back there if I can. Maybe, I might find a job opportunity to excel my dress skills to a whole different level.
