The repair team, beginning at the reception center were very friendly and helpful. Getting routine service updates were helpful. The work was excellent and timely.

Jorge did an absolutely phenomenal job overseeing and conducting my repairs. He was also very knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and professional. He provided me updates on every step of the repair process and gave me a full walkthrough upon picking my vehicle. Due to the excellent customer service I would recommend this repair and collision center to others.

During an incredibly stressful time, when Hurricane Ida hit, the one thing I didn't have to worry about was my car. I brought it in a week prior with a complicated situation. Louis, did a fantastic job coming up with a solution to the issue. Then the storm hit. As soon as power was restored I got a call from Louis letting me know my car was fine and they were starting on it right away. During that time, my rental car insurance ran out and Geico wouldn't extend despite the dire situation. Bohn saved the day. My car looks AMAZING! My neighbors commented as well and asked where I got it done. Finally, I'm a single woman who really hates dealing with auto repair places. If you're the same, this is the place to go. It's a big, super clean repair shop with a small town attitude! Great job guys!

Missed a small item and was quick to address and worked with me to come back to fix it. Highly recommended if you need repairs! I had a wonderful experience using Bohn Collision Center! Everyone was immediately so helpful and explained the whole repair process. Ed Engle was amazing- very kind and kept me updated throughout! Mr. Ed is the best. This is the 3rd car that I have taken to the Collision center. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Clean and positive atmosphere. Mr. Ed will give it to you straight and direct. He is always honest about everything and up front. My husband and I love him and your establishment.

I went in to get a bed liner for my truck. The front dest clerk was very professional and courteous. I am very pleased to say, the bed liner was out in to my satisfaction. Thank you very much.

It was difficult to find a body shop after Hurricane Ida. Bohn Toyota Collision Center was able to take me quicker than other body shops. I had extensive damage to my Camry. It only took them 2 weeks to complete it. I dealt with Ed and he was informative and helpful. He handled everything with the insurance. I will be referring people here. 5 stars!

I rented a car, and when i had to bring my rental car back. Mrs. Lorraine, had my SUV ready to go, before the promise time. And a shout out to the body shop guys that worked on my SUV they did a excellent job.

Courteous service. Tried to remedy the situation without more expense, but was very forthcoming that this was not going to work once the tech tried. Replaced bumper with Ford genuine parts and color matched perfectly. We are happy to have our beautiful Mustang perfect again.

Someone scraped my car and i went to Bohn Collision for the repair. Rachel was very helpful and courteous. After fixing the scratch, i noticed a little something on the car from them repairing it. I notified Rachel and brought the car back to rectify the issue. They gladly fixed the issue within 15 minutes of bringing my car back...PLUS the technician noticed a minor decorative defect on my vehicle that i never knew was missing on one side of my car (a small piece of decorative stripes—-this had nothing to do with the repair or Bohn) The tech generously fixed the defect! Something that he didn’t have to do. I hope to not need to return to the Collision center, but if i need repairs again-Bohn Collision is the place for me.

I was serviced by gentleman by name of Mr. Whitehead very professional to the point got my vehicle taken care of expeditiously. Everything came out beautiful on my vehicle, they also gave me a 10% military discount off my final price which resulted in an additional $250 off. I recommend them to all especially military veterans, the discount really saves you money.

ED my service provider kept me informed with the repairment of my car. He was genuinely concern about my situation. And the completion of the work was on time. He helped me all the way through the project. Now I want to say thank you very very much.

USAA had my daughter’s vehicle towed to the shop for an estimate after an accident. They called the same day to verify that the car was a loss and immediately notified the insurance company of the estimate. Most shops in the area are booked out for weeks but the crew over at Bohn Zone C C were able to keep my claim moving in a timely fashion.

I have a brand new mustang and it started leaking in two places. I brought it into Bohn Collision and not only did they solve both issues, but the care and quality of the work is better than factory. I can’t even tell work has been done. Miss Lorraine was WONDERFUL and was in contact with me the whole way, letting me know every step that was being taken. That’s rare. She went way out of her way to replace a piece that was missing. Miss Lorraine and bohn collision have a customer for life. The manager here is great too. If you have a problem, GO SEE LORRAINE!

I took my '13 Volvo in to have 3 caps on my front bumper painted. Mr. Christian P. Was very helpful. He got my parts painted quicker than expected, and the paint is an exact match. He even helped me reinstall the parts. Excellent job!!!
