20231231 The baristas are very polite. They didn't have the peach to make the honey citrus mint tea. Initial they recommended boiling some peaches but we decided to go with it. It turned out the honey is what makes the tea good, in my opinion. The tea was still good. They have the Maryland been there mugs, if you are looking for it. I already got mine long time ago.b😁

Best Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been here twice this week on early morning week days. Busy af. Yet they manage to work 10x faster than the least busiest Starbucks I have ever been to. And, my order has been PERFECT. Other Starbucks, when I say extra cold foam, THIS IS WHAT I MEAN (see pic). I can actually go here on my way to work without ordering ahead and not worry about it making me late. The employees are also very nice. 11/10 would recommend.

Good and fast service.

The baristas here are the best, super patient and friendly, and they handle complicated drinks with grace (and make them right). It's not the easiest door to get through alone with a wheelchair, but it's fine with someone else along. The inside is comfy, but on the small side. Still, I've been going there every 2 weeks for the past few months, and they already know my order and give me the lowdown on any new drinks to try. It feels like my local place now.

I came in with my 1 month old a few days ago and all the employees were just genuinely super nice and helpful. One barista offered to help me carry my drinks to my car and another offered to bag stuff up for me and I just think they deserve the recognition for being kind and extra helpful to a really exhausted mom recovering from a c section and trying to juggle multiple drinks and a baby. I know something like that doesn't seem like a big deal, but it was to me at the time to this super sleep deprived mom. Thanks all!

This is our favorite Starbucks location in Frederick and we really only order drinks (I can't speak on the food). The service is great and the baristas are talented. We always know that our drinks are going to top notch when we visit. It's to the point now where some of the staff recognize us and our order and we always appreciate that. I once ordered a drink to try for the first time and our cashier reassured me to let her know if I didn't like it so they could make something I'd enjoy. I know it's kind of implied in this industry but it's always nice to be reminded that they'd take care of it if the experience wasn't great. The location can be a bit of a challenge to get to or exit depending on which direction you're coming from. Parking can be kind of limited depending on the time of day but other than that, we have no issues with this location at all. It's our preferred Starbucks.

This location is great - always accurate, friendly staff. I wanted to specifically review today - when I went this morning they were REALLY busy, and they were all hustling. While I’m waiting for my order I hear them start calling out encouragement to each other - “you’re doing great” and things like that. I just wanted to recognize how awesome it is that even in such a busy situation they were working to be positive.

The staff was very nice. I spilled something on the counter and they made me feel like it wasn't my fault. Silly but it made me feel better. I would go here again just for the staff.

Treated way better here than at the other location on Buckeystown Pike. This location makes the freshest coffee and lattes. I would highly recommend this over the other location any day . This Starbucks also never has a long line .

It's been a while since I dropped by, but I went in with my kids for a treat and the atmosphere was nice, they were patient with my slow as molasses 😂 kids when selecting a sweet and drink. Definitely a nice vibe and a place to visit again soon.

I absolutely love this location! And until the pandemic started (baristas changed), I was on a first name basis with pretty much everyone that worked there.
A solid group of people working there. I’m looking forward to getting to know the new crew just as well.

Stopped by this morning and picked up an espresso frappuccino with chocolate and caramel drizzle. Very friendly helpful staff. Quickly made my coffee, made it right and got me on my way. Coffee shop was clean and well maintained. Not the first time I have been to this particular starbucks and I have been impressed everytime I've been. Thanks Starbucks and staff made my morning a little better with your awesome attitudes and great coffee.

The baristas are the best. Ordered a double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich opened and ran through twice. They got it perfect. My local Starbucks does not so it was worth driving a few exits. Thank you

The folks at this location are amazing. Huge assets to the company as a whole. Every time I go in there I'm treated like a queen, always greeted by name. I choose specifically to go out of my way to this location just for the employees. Greyson made my morning this morning and I cannot be more thankful. Take care of these employees!!!

One of my favorite drinks at Starbucks is the Java. Chip Frappuccino. I add an extra shot or two to get that good coffee taste. Caroline the Barista made my drink so darn good I absolutely had to write this review to give her kudos! I forgot her schedule but I’ll call before I come to ensure she is there. Thank you!!!!!!

This location I on point with their mobile orders ❤ much appreciated from those of us who swing in on our way to work. Friendly staff too. Parking is tricky.

Such a cozy Starbucks. Staff was really helpful.... I got there after 9 and needed a pick me up (30 minutes left till my destination) Staff member gave me exactly what I wanted and was so yummy. (Grande caramel creme Brule) Thank you!

My family and I stopped at this Starbucks store in Frederick on our way up to Gettysburg. Located in a strip mall, the parking lot does feel somewhat claustrophobic, especially when people park larger vehicles, and/or do a poor job of parking.

The parking lot is a one-way driving situation so be aware of that if you're new to the place. You enter the parking lot on the Starbucks side, and exit on the other end.

The employees were friendly, the counters and floors were clean, and the little station with the napkins, milk, sugar, stirring sticks, etc., was well stocked.

We used the restrooms after we had our coffee and they were clean.

Overall a great experience and we would stop here again.

The staff is always very fast, friendly and efficient.

It is a perfect place to meet up with a friend and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff is fabulous and it is a pleasure to interact with them. The place is set up comfortably and pleasantly. Even when it is busy, it is not hectic and loud. It is a gem.
