AT&T Store

Victor and Kai in gorham AT&T were absolutely amazing helping us navigate a challenging situation with a new phone !!!!! I can not sing their praises enough! Very down to earth and kind. They both understood the issue and went so far above and beyond to help us get all squared away! Talked so we actually understood! So very appreciative of these young men!!! Thank you guys!!!

This place always has the best customer service I came in with my phone to get it fixed which was not easy because it’s not a common problem and victor was able to fix it he kept trying and trying until he got it he could of just told me it was junk and I Would of belived him but he got it fixed great customer service. And it was a little past 8pm and he probably could have just closed the store down and go home but instead he fixed my problem. Thanks Victor.

I didn’t have a very good experience at Verizon. So I chose to go to AT&T instead.
I was approached by Walter who in less than five minutes was served. He gave me a great deal and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great service , all employees helped us the multiple times we visited the store! The store manager was most knowledgeable and thorough we fully understood what the deal was and how everything was going to go down! Now I finaly have a new phone with unlimited data!!!!

AT&T store in Gorham, ME. Best time ever experienced in an ATT store the agents were ver professional, personable, funny, knowledgeable and welcoming. During the process of data transfer from the old to new phone can be a bit time consuming, they offered for me to leave and carry on with my day and return in an hour or so, I elected to stay. We spent the time talking about recent events, sports and the fun things in life.. never did they mention politics or anything negative. I felt like I were a friend of theirs. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! This store should be the model for all AT&T stores! Makes me sad to consider other cell carriers for better cell coverage, but unless some serious tower installations happen I will be leaving at the end of the year!

Brett is one of the best in customer service. He goes above and beyond. I've had my fair share of phone issues (not the fault of AT&T) and the entire staff there has been most helpful on every occasion that I've visited. Walter even helped me transfer over my apps when I could have done it. Thanks for your continued support and you guys are the only reason I stay with AT&T.

This visit is the BEST experience with true customer service professionals; Walter Stover and Journey, the saleman. We were running late and arrived late in the evening to get the benefit of an AT&T promo. These two gentlemen were very helpful in answering questions and explaining the different benefit plans. Great attitude even though our time them keep them late after closing hours, even having some laughs. Our group, the three of us, were very impressed with your staff at AT&T 593 MAIN STREET with our wireless service experience. This location will be our first option in future service assistance. Much thanks to your whole staff is due to these gentlemen filling the customer service role at the highest level. You guys are GREAT!
