I hadn't been there in several years until today. They didn't have what I wanted in stock. I needed a pastry wheel/cutter. I've been looking for one at other stores in the local area like Kohl's, Target, Walmart, and they don't carry them. I'm sure I could have gotten one from Amazon but I didn't look. So at least I'm on a call list now for when their order comes. Otherwise they have everything you need if your a chef, restauranteur, or home cook.
