Rolens Podiatry

Called in on a day that Dr Rolens was supposed have the afternoon off and asked him about possibly seeing a friend for a possible fracture. He said no problem come over and they would see if they could help her.
After X-rays and a treatment plan she felt so much better. Thank you so much to Dr Rolens and Robin for the wonderful and prompt care.

I was having sharp pain in my foot. I called and was able to get in the same day for xray and treatment. Dr. Rolens took care of my problem with proper diagnosis, treatment plan, and follow-up appointments all in under an hour! So very kind, caring, polite, and professional. That's so truly hard to find these days! Thank you again to Dr. Rolens and his wonderful team!!! 😊

My wife and I see Dr. Rolens regularly (semi-regularly, in her case). Dr. Rolens is always prompt, polite, and most importantly, he checks to make sure insurance covers a treatment before starting it for certain. I appreciate this, because it means no surprise bills due to insurance not covering something.

Liked everything during my office visit. Front desk staff was welcoming and competent. Got checked in easily and taken to the treatment room almost immediately. Nursing and support staff friendly and professional . Doctor listened to me and answered all my questions. Overall great experience!

I have been seeing Dr Rolens for several years and have received excellent care. The doctor and staff are genuinely caring and professional. I am usually able to get in quickly if I have a problem.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rolens for quite some time now. My mother referred him to me and came highly recommended. I started seeing him for ingrown toenails and calluses. He did such a great job on me, so now i am highly recommending him to you. The people there make you feel like family and they are very professional. You won't regret your visit.

I was very relieved after my first appointment had horrible pain in both feet found out I had plantar fasciitis doctor took good care, nurse is awesome receptionist is super sweet can't say enough good stuff. Back on my feet 8+ hours a day. Thanks for taking such good care

They told me on the phone "looks like your insurance does cover this, come on in!" So I drive all the way across town with gas at almost $4 a gallon, disrobe my feet, and he comes in. "Well it's not the shoe it's the insert" dude I can't find shoes that fit or support my feet, I have feet issues. "sorry, you're not diabetic so you can't have shoes that will literally prevent you from walking on the sides of your feet" whatever. Then he tells me that there's no guarantee that my insurance will pay, they can't pre-authorize it for some reason, never heard of anything not being able to be pre-authorized for the record. So when they come in, I may or may not be on the line for a few hundred dollars or however much these things cost. I told him, I'm on welfare man, I'm working overtime just to be able to afford school, why can't you just pre-authorize it? He basically shrugs it off and says can't. Tells me to come back if my financial situation changes. I WOULDN'T COME BACK TO THIS GUY IF HE WAS THE LAST PODIATRIST IN ILLINOIS! Not just for this, I've been here before and wasn't satisfied with it, but my insurance covers it so I kept coming back.

My daughter was supposed to .have a neurectomy on her left foot, which is the removal of a nerve. She continues to have pain and has seen two other doctors including an orthopedic surgeon, who both said the nerve was never removed, and that's why she continues to have pain. She now has to have the operation redone by the orthopedic surgeon who will also have to remove scar tissue and because of this, she has to go under a general anesthetic instead of simple IV sedation. Dr Rolens also kept her coming back for several visits whereas I only saw my podiatrist who worked in his office previously, once or twice and wore a boot on my foot for a very short time with no more pain. This man kept her coming back and coming back until she finally stopped it. She also lost $300 which was her copay from her insurance, and I think he should pay that back to her!!! He did a lousy job, and I would never trust him in the future. That is why I am putting this review online..... To prevent others from suffering the same fate!!!

We had Horrible experience here between my husband and myself,so bad that we decided I needed to find a new doctor for my bunion. He kept saying he was waiting for my Insurance to go through then they messed it up. So I got a new doctor and in the same month got my surgery. I definitely Recommend not going to him at all.

This man and practice is garbage. Don’t waste tour time they are there for the money.
