Banana Republic Factory Store

Beautiful store, awesome friendly and helpful service, neat, clean organized store, layout is easy to shop. I witnessed the cashier being super patient to an elderly customer and helping her search through her phone for a coupon, although I was waiting in line to check out, I appreciated her kindness, it’s how I’d want someone to treat my mother. The managers Nicole and Gloria greeted all customers and were extremely warm and welcoming. It was a pleasant shopping experience. I haven’t been here in years, but I will now take the drive to St Augustine more often because my experience at Banana was exceptional. Bravo to the leadership team.

I've been spending more time and money at this BR location, great customer service. Sales are awesome and I never leave the store with anything short of a great experience. At this location, Mitchell is especially helpful. His professionalism, and retail knowledge directs customers to the right product and the right fit every time. My favorite place for shopping. I usually get good discounts. quality of cloth is good and they have different fittings. Somehow, i only find this place where i get better fittings. This year i finally get banana republic card as well. Hopefully that will save more money to me. Excellent place.

Amy & Tasia are AWESOME! We arrived just a few minutes before closing and they were so friendly & helpful (even though I’m sure they had a long day and were ready to go) Their patience and kindness will keep me coming back to this BR location for sure!

Got a great deal. Was able to save myself about 50 bucks by just applying for the credit card which I will never use. Go during the week to avoid the crowds

Prices were great in there and customer service was great also.

They didn't have the size in the jacket we wanted but they went out of their way to find it at another store for us.
