Coffeeholic House Greenwood

I was in Seattle visiting for 5 days. I came back 3 times for the matcha. This is my favorite coffee shop I have ever been to. The breakfaat wrap is also delicious. Highly recommend

Very cute space, wasn't crowded at all on. Saturday morning. I forgot to take a photo of my beautiful beverages. Highly recommend the panda iced coffee. Ordered online and it was ready very quickly.

Coffee Pick Me Up! I tried Coffeeholic House newest drinks that you need to try. Their Greenwood location is the perfect spot to get some work done, catch up with a friend or date 😉 or just enjoy some delicious coffee. The egg cream is so good! If you like sweeter drinks I recommend the tiramisu egg coffee. The brown sugar matcha latte tasted just like brown sugar bubble tea without the boba. The ube and egg cream is a great combo you won’t regret ordering 🤤

The only negative I can think of is that it is a bit far from downtown. But hey, that could also be a positive for some.
The drinks are unique and not overpowering. Plenty of parking and enough seats available. The menu is also not stagnant as they keep introducing new items.

Amazing gorgeous delicious drinks and yummy pastry . Had the wonderful ube latte , creamy and subtly floral and delicious , and the absolutely sublimely flaky almond croissant . A greenwood jem. Also very Instagramable. Take your bestie now.

Love this place! Coffee is very unique and has a great taste. Shop itself is very nicely decorated.

This is my favorite location to go to. I love how friendly everyone is, and I was surprised how they remembered my name even after not going for at least 6 months (I was a regular that moved out of the area). The employees are what make this location so special!

P.S. I wish you would open up a location closer to Tacoma/Tukwila. It’s really hard to find a good Vietnamese coffee in the area.

Cute, local, and amazing Vietnamese coffee shop that touts bring the first Viet coffee shop in Seattle! I was able to come back for the Greenwood re-opening and I’m glad to say that it’s as good as ever. The Coffeeholic dream is a must!

Food
The Coffeeholic dream with ube drizzle is probably one of their most popular drinks and for good reason. The coffee is good and the ube adds just a bit of extra flavor if you like ube. It’s also very aesthetic. The drink is sweet overall and the cheese foam makes it creamy!
I also ordered the vegan dream for my mom and she liked it as well. I look forward to going back to try all the other drinks.

Atmosphere
Chill coffee house with a decent number of seats. I went in Saturday morning at 10am and it was almost full. By the time I left at 11am, there’s a line out the door. Noise level is not too loud.

Pricing
Reasonable pricing for the drinks. Not much more pricier than some other coffee places, but I feel like a different kind of experience and drink can be had here.

Service
Service was friendly and drinks came out in a couple minutes.

Other
There is a paid parking lot next to the coffee shop. Otherwise you want to look for street parking and be mindful if it’s paid or not.

The coffee here is great! So many fun and exciting choices to pick from, but I got the plant based dream, and it was amazing. An excellent cup of coffee, with no bitter aftertaste.

I absolutely loved coffeeholic house! The ambiance inside is so pleasant, and the coffee was just delicious. I got the purple haze latte and really loved everything about it. I got it iced and think it is best that way. The employees were all kind too. There is also parking outside which I really appreciated! The only downside was the bathroom was a little confusing - the door closes and locks automatically while you’re inside, but you have to move a box to hold it open when you leave because otherwise the door locks and they don’t have a key. I think they should just change the doorknob/lock. Overall I would absolutely recommend a visit to coffeeholic and will absolutely be returning!

Such a fun new coffee shop: we tried the iced purple haze latte (salty, sweet, rich), Kiki custard bun, tropical vine iced coffee (sweet, green, nutty), and signature iced Vietnamese coffee (sweet and strong). I recommend them all. Great Sunday morning stop with an adorable vibe.

Delightful place to work or catch up with friends. The Purple Haze Latte was deliciously creamy on top, fun, and dessert-like.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Many people were working or taking short meetings there as it was a comfortable, stylish, and fairly quiet setting. FYI the bathroom requires a key that the staff can get for you.

The drinks never disappoint here. I highly recommend the Matcha with Ube foam 15/10. Pro tip: they can get pretty busy during peak times so order online 15 minutes or so before picking up your drinks

Seriously love this place! Unique and tasty selection of Vietnamese coffees. Fantastic baked goods from Kiki bakery and really great music. The owner keeps the place squeaky clean. 5 stars all day every day.

Good vibes only, This our favorite Vietnamese coffee house 🤍 We moved from Los Angeles and this one reminds us of back home. All their drinks are delicious and quality made. Our favorites are the Coffeeholic Dream, the Vegan Dream and we tried Purple Haze & it was delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere and decor here, we’ve been to the first location on Hudson and both have beautiful decor. Only thing I would comment is customer service wasn’t as outstanding as the first location but overall we still enjoyed our visit.

Definitely a fan! I usually go to the one in Columbia city. Today they had a pop up with cocopandan so I figured two birds. I usually get either the Coffeeholic dream or bac soy but today I got the cocoberry which was fantastic! Fruity and lots of coconut and a bit of yogurt flavor. Great service, very pleasant experience!

Barista that made us Vietnamese coffees with adjusted sweet lvl was very nice and helpful! I appreciate good service! Coffee was the best in the area (we tried 5 different coffee places in that area that same day)

Love overdue review - I adore coffeeholic house. They are revolutionizing the coffee scene and bringing Vietnamese and Asian flavors to the mainstage. The owners are the sweetest souls and put so much love and passion into each of their spaces, each item on their menu and community partnerships. They care deeply about elevating important causes and host pop ups frequently. This particular location is my local spot and I love the vibes and decor. Convenient parking and excellent service. My favorite is the coffeeholic dream with Ube syrup and the dark night black sesame latte. The vegan dream is also great for lactose-free friends! Their Vietnamese coffee is delicious. Cannot recommend more!

Every time we come here the coffee is great. Coming on a weekend you might be in line but not for very long. The staff are all quick and friendly. You can also order online/ahead of time if you didn’t want to wait. Have had multiple drink from here and they are all delicious.

Great vibes. Very nice service staff. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The ingredients are exotic so I would say it’s definitely worth it
