Arby's

6/1/24 Noon. A good experience. Had regular fries with cheese dip and the new orange shake. Very good older woman cashier. Not busy inside. Mostly drive-thru.

This Arby’s is good for make up service. If they forget to put a sandwich in the bag through drive through they have a great manager who can fix the problem. Mary was polite and fix the issue right away. Food was great and what I would expect from a good Arby’s (not many left around). Thank you Mary once again.

Maybe my best experience ever at a fast food restaurant! Good food, clean store and super friendly service without being too weird!

Great service and hot food. Personally didn't like the Mac and cheese bites, but beef 'n cheddar and curly fries were great.

Arby's is always good. And they always give me side of ajus with my sandwich which makes it so MUCH better

I was so impressed with the staff at Arby's Stillwater today. It's not often that you leave a fast food restaurant and think wow, that's customer service. Despite computer issues and a busy lunch crowd they all keep their cool. One of my sandwiches didn't make the order and got skipped. The manager immediately rectified the situation, dropped what he was doing and made the sandwich. He even threw in some free fries. Thanks for keeping your cool and doing a great job.

Love the 2pm to 5pm specials. Great for my family of 7.

They had two machines that had the touch screen with multiple kinds of pop so that was cool. I got my burger in literally 15 seconds so it gives off that "fast-food" kind of sense which is wierd. I got the classic roast beef and it was good except for the "cheese" which looked like they squeezed it through a tube and onto the burger... But what do u expect from a fast food restaurant am I right? Other than that the roast beef was good.

I stopped by Arby's to pickup dinner for my family. I was Pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received from Zach. This is a quality that has Not been stellar in many industries.. Zach hats off to you, continue your outstanding customer service.. Many thanks! Michelle

I went through the drive thru about 15 min before close. I felt like an ass, but I was treated kindly, my order was perfect down to the last detail, and it came out super fast! I have never had any problems with this Arby's.

Best meal ,warm, hot fries ,good size sandwiches ,icy drinks , mocha snack shake tasty and salted carmel chocolate chip cookie fresh.Must be new management.Quick and efficient drive through......Thanks we will return.

Tyler in the drive thru is incredibly nice. He's always very helpful and gets our order right every time. He makes sure we have everything we need, and is a cool guy. Thanks cool drive thru guy

Arby's is my favorite fast food joint. Their brisket and Greek gyros sandwich es are superb. Don't leave without getting a warmed up caramel sea salt cookie!

Great customer service! Went through the drive thru, they forgot part of our order. I ran back in and the management was wonderful! They kindly gave me a shake for my inconvenience. Customer service with a smile, made my day!

They get a 5 star for being honest for telling everyone that walked in the door, that they ran out of roast beef! It happens so order something else instead lol. Still laughing about it but we still order our food.

What can I say? It's an Arby's and Arby's are great!

Spendier than BK and McD's though, so you have to be willing to loosen the wallet a little if you want a decent meal here.

Don't bother with the sliders/snackers - they are way too much bread and not enough meat.

Love the food. Good service. Reasonable price
