Since when does Baskin-Robbins charge an extra $0.70 for a CAKE cone? Never in my life has any ice cream place charged more for a cake cone. Next time please tell your customers that the price does not include the cone and I will ask you to put the ice cream in my hand. Absolutely foolish. I’m glad I didn’t get a soda or I probably would have had to pay extra for the cup.

Was very excited for my first time at baskin Robbin’s. My excitement was short lived after I asked if I could use these two coupons, was told yes, so I placed my order based off of that, got up to pay and a lady said “oh that doesn’t work”. There was no effort to rectify the issue, especially as this was my first impression of the business as a whole. I should’ve listened to Google when it said they had 3 stars. Sad that my experience was tainted by bad customer service.

My husband and daughter stopped after a volleyball tournament and there were no other customers in line and all 4 of the employees looked at them and did not even offer to help them. There was one that had a hurt arm that was leaning against the counter playing on his cell phone. There was one that was taking drive thru orders and the other 2 were just standing around. Very disappointed in the service as we always stop in after a tournament day and even after practice nights. We left without ice cream and went up to goody goody gum drop a different shop less than a mile away.

Came in with the family to get ice cream at 8:15, shop closes at 9, we’re looking at ice cream flavors mean while no one had looked at us, addressed we were there, nothing. Reason we came in was because we were trying to pick out an ice cream flavor for our grandma, who’s on her death bed as this is being typed, because all she wanted as her last meal was ice cream from baskin robins. We asked the kid working who was mopping, again close at 9, if theyre still serving ice cream. “Yep”. Proceeds to then keep mopping the floor and we continue standing there for another five minutes, so we left. No service and no baskin robins ice cream for grandma. And they don’t have 31 flavors, they have 36 so they’re also liars.

4 people standing at counter talking to each other whole we sat there staring waiting for someone to take our order. Terrible customer service (except some of the younger workers) pretty sure one was the manager!

Went in an hour before close and the ice cream was already being packed up for the night. The one flavor I came in for was taken back and they didn’t offer to bring it back out. You’re either open and serving food or you’re not. Closing up your ice cream an hour before close is ridiculous.
