Love the photo department here ,everyone is very helpful with kiosk.The mobile app is the worst.Hard to use and complete projects.Spent hours trying to use it to make some photo books.Very frustrating,unable to complete project and use mobile only coupons.Don't bother using mobile app unless you like to waste your time.

Terrible service they sent me an email saying my pictures were done so I drive all the way out there and they aren’t down and then I try to call someone to come help and the guy told me to put the assistance phone down
