The gentlemen working on 06/13/24 were absolutely wonderful. I wish I could praise them by name, but they really helped turn a bad day around. Please give them our gratitude and a pay raise. Their night crew rocks!! They really went above & beyond! 💗🙌🏻

OMG!!! This Wendy's is definitely a step above the others. It has all the updates you could need in a fast food joint😜. Oh one of the coolest things was the touch less drink machine🤯🤯😍, always a game changer to stay safe these days. And yes they have deliver..

This Wendy's is on point! This is easily the best fast food restaurant I've gone to in North Carolina. They got this place running right. Food is always hot and made correctly.

Brand NEW location. Food quality was as expected for Wendy's but SPEED and Delivery of food was slow and expected with new staff and long lines. Hot 🔥 chilli 🌶 and Burgers 🍔 were worth the wait. Thanks staff.

I was delightfully surprised with the staff. Very courteous and they told me ahead they were making my food fresh so if would be a little bit. Great service for fast food!

The last few times I have been through the drive-thru, there has been a young lady taking the payment at the first window that is SO nice! She was pleasant and smiling each time I came through and that really made a great impression on me and my family. She’s awesome and adds a very nice personality to the drive-thru!!!

Best fast food service you could ask for and at 11:00 PM

I ordered online for the Leland location today and somehow it switched to the whiteville location and when I got there they didn’t have my order….bummer and I was on my 30 minute lunch but the crew was amazing and helped me get my mess of an order situated so that I was able to eat.

Real nice Wendy's. We sat outside and enjoyed the cool breeze that day. Really enjoyed my lunch as well as my kid. Watched all the traffic and age lunch!! Clean restrooms as well.

As you may imagine, the bulk of Wendy's customers were in the drive through. The order taking was quick yet thorough. The first window worker repeated my order ensuring I not only paid the right bill but was in place to receive the meal asked for. Once at the pickup window I only waited long enough to get the items ordered, straws, napkins and extra salt. The meal was hot where it should be and cold where it must be. Very good experience.

All of the negative reviewers should work on some patience and empathy. This is a new location and they need some time to get all of the issues worked out. My food was great. I'll definitely be back as this location had a better Chicken sandwich than the other franchises. I'm usually not the biggest fan of fast food places but I will be back to this one.

Service was great. Whomever was working the drive thru window 2days ago, should get a raise. She saw that my morning wasn't off to a great start, so she was discreetly sweet, and hooked me up! Thanks girl!

First off, I’d like to say this is the best Wendy’s locations I’ve been to in years. Don’t let the low rating scare you away, please enjoy this read. My wife and I currently live in Wilmington and we’re moving to Leland in a few months. We decided to try this new Wendy’s because it always seemed to be busy as we would drive by. We decided to eat inside and I’d say we waited for 5-10 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh! The chicken nuggets and fries were wonderful , nothing was cold! My wife loved her spicy chicken sandwich, and our strawberry lemonade was delightful. We left happy, full, and pleased! We will definitely be back to this location when we’re craving Wendy’s again. 5 STAR ⭐

All of these negative comments on here are feelings. Don’t let the low rating scare you away. Every complaint I’ve seen has been about the wait time. This is a brand new location, they’re learning still. We need to give them some patience. We Americans can be so ungrateful sometimes, be THANKFUL the food is fresh and correct.. the world doesn’t not revolve around you!!

Love the vibes from employees, the food was hot and fresh, definitely will be stopping here on my way back.

Went thru the drive through and it was fairly quick. Nice staff, got everything we ordered. Made well. Big change from the first few times we went when they first opened.

I'm gonna give it 5 stars for now as a kindness. The food has been very good all the times (6ish) I've been. The staff is plenty friendly. But...

If you see more than two cars in line then you need to just turn around, go to the grocery store, and cook yourself a nice meal, because that will be much faster than waiting for those two cars in front of you. It's really slow. Like, geological timescale slow. Like, the cars are moving due to erosion slow. Lmao. I've truly never seen another restaurant this slow. Seeing the angry comments on here amused me. Whenever I go here I just leave if there's a line when I pull up. Who waits for an hour? Jeez. Not me. I've been several times when there's nobody in line. Talk about fast, fresh, and friendly. That's how I like it. The Wendy's spicy wait-time lottery. Very exciting when you win. Lol. They'll figure it out. 5 stars because literally the only thing to complain about is the wait time, which I'm sure they're trying their best to figure out. Some seriously salty comments in here though. Fun read for sure.

I love Wendy's. I had a delicious salad. Cashier was friendly and helpful. I got my food really fast

Manager accommodated us since we were in our large family RV and the restaurant is drive through only right now. She let us in to order food for our young kids. Very helpful. Others do need to exercise some patience with a new store. Thanks

I’m not sure why people are having so many problems. We only use drive through and I can only review that. The staff is very nice never had a problem with my order and really that’s all I want. Food has always met my expectations so keep up a good work.👍👍
