Good food as always,took a little more to get our order but it was fresh,hot.

Really surprised by how quick and friendly the service is at this MCD. I stopped by, ordered, went to use the restroom, and my food and drink was waiting for me when I came back. The two employees I interacted with were very nice, and the guy with the blue hair was especially polite.

I wish our McDonalds in Ohio worked as efficient as this McDonalds.

The general manager at this McDonald's ( Ira Dicky, I think) is wonderful, my late night order was wrong and she called a few days later when I made a comment online, she made it right and was great to talk to!

I have to take a moment and applaud Pat, the Manager at the Village Road location.I had a bit of an issue while attempting to place an online order through the McD's App. Unable to correct it myself, I walked into the restaurant for assistance. Both employees at the register had good intentions in resolving my concern, however they weren't quite able to do so. At that point, the Manager Pat, walked up and took several minutes from her many responsibilities to not only resolve my issue, however, provide me with a greater understanding in utilizing the App, to avoid any such issues going forward. I walked away believing that Mc Donald's is very fortunate to have Pat as their manager at this location. It is quite clear that her combined personal and management skills are "top of the line." She is a great asset and benefit to the McD's organization, the Leland community and anyone who has the privilege to share a moment with her. Thank you!

To be one of the only fast food joints open on a Saturday night in Leland, I'd say they were 💯 !!

The line wrapped around the building but it moved rather quick! Food was hot and drinks were cold.

I paid it forward the week before and paid for the next 4 people in lines food as I try to do often. The manager thanked me for the kind jester, and told me the next time I visit this location to ask for her because she would cover my meal. The next time I visited this location I ordered my meal and as promised the entire order was free. Every time I visit this location the drive thru staff is extremely nice and my order is always right.

Went here at 10:25am. Both the lady’s at the window were very kind! One had pink nails, other yellow. Usually when I go to McDonald’s they’re rude or in a hurry. The one with pink nails even complemented my tattoo 😊. Very pleased with service today. 7/14/19. Ordered a large tea and got a medium though but I wasn’t worried about it, used a deal so it was only .50 😊

We came in late on a Friday night and had extraordinary requests. The staff was amazing. Mrs. Dee was the manager on duty and the girl working in the drive thru (embarrassingly forgot her name) was amazing!

This McDonald’s staff are very nice and friendly. Every time I come with my son to get pancakes because he loves them, they give him a toy. Always clean.

I come to this location EVERY DAY. I love the staff! But they get my order wrong sometimes. They do remake them again, the right way though.
I see them more than my own family lol and I love them, well most of them ❤

I ordered two Big Macs, a fillet of fish and a large fry. The big Macs were made to perfection this burger actually looked like it came out of a commercial awesome!! The fries were fresh the fillet of fish was probably the only good fish sandwich I've had from McDonald's as they are mostly always overcooked the fish was great .
Now people: I only encountered one person and that seemed like a manager she took my order. She was kind she didn't push products and she showed leadership towards her people. As far as I see great place.

They were Awesome ! The line was around the building and the ladies working the window kept their calm and everything went smoothly after someone messed up the whole order board. Great job everyone!👍👍

This is the McDonalds on Village Rd. This location is kinda hit or miss but tonight was a lot better than usual. It's so funny, they were backed up so bad that it looked more like the Sonic than the McDonald's. This is because they had everyone pull to the side to wait for their orders. But honestly this is not a bad idea because at least then you can put your car in park. (How creative!) But the lady who waited on me was really friendly and apologized for the wait. And in the end, the wait was not terrible. I didn't even have time to finish one round of Candy Crush. So keep up the good work, y'all!

We have McDonald's every Friday it takes kinda long but gosh we love it

Passing through from out of town. Hands down the kindest McDonald's employees I have ever met. No bad attitudes. Food was fast and hot. Pleasant experience. This is the Chick-fil-A of McDonald's.

$1.38 for a large, fresh, cold soda. Yummy 😋

FINALLY, HOT FRIES at a fast food joint! YIPPEE!

Fast service. I had several people ahead of me in line, and I still got my food within 5 min. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
