Tracy was very helpful. I had started my taxes in Salem with my paystubs in Dec. Once I received my w2's and uploaded them I spoke with Tracy. I came in a few hours later and she had everything ready. Within 20 min I walked out with my taxes completely filed.

Our adventure to get our taxes done went from
Bad to Amazing.
We had an appt. For 11am at the Walmart paoli.
We waited and waited, there was a no show. I called the one in paoli square, she said that she needed to find out. I told my husband let's go to the office at paoli Square. We were greeted by Terri Andes. She turned a bad day to a great day.
She was professional, polite, and answered all our questions, not to mention doing our taxes.
You have a exceptional lady working for you.
