Dr. Grimaldi is a very caring person. He took care of me, patient. Then we chatted for a little while about my husband problem. He seemed to be very concerned about him, too.

Dr. Grimaldi is kind, very friendly, and easy to talk to. Visits with him have never felt rushed. He takes the time to explain one’s condition, provides recommendations for treatment if needed, and answers questions in a manner easily understood.

Dr. Grimaldi did HOLEP surgery for me. Basically, he fried my prostate from the inside using a laser.

The results have been life changing - better urination, dropped the BPH meds which were making me weak, dizzy and forgetful.

His bedside manner is outstanding, his skill is superb and he's a good guy on top of that.

First time patient. Took over 6 months to get an appointment. I was scheduled for 5:45pm but was told it was actually 6pm. So they had me come in 15 minutes early and there was 4 people in the waiting room infront of me. There was NO ONE at the front desk, and I only got the opportunity to speak to someone when a person came out to escort a patient in. The person I spoke to explained that the doctor was running late. So I had to wait an additional 45 minutes before I would be seen. At no time was the person I spoke to apologetic for the fact that there was a wait or that no one was at the window. In fact, she seemed very callous and unconcerned with my inconvenience of having to wait. I didn't even wait to see the doctor since just the process of making an appointment to see him was sooo negative. Extremely unprofessional and I don't believe the care given would have been any better.

I would not want my worst enemy to see this doctor. I experienced a terrible infection from a cystoscopy he performed in his office in October of last year. The office refused to believe the infection was there until it got very bad and caused much damage to my health. because of his family and issues at work he told me he had no time for me and to see other doctors. I am still dealing with this infection about a year later. I am posting this since I would hate to see anyone go through what I have gone through and am still going through.

Horrible attention to patient’s problems. My husband is passing kidney stone, called the nurse who called me back in few hours and not willing to take him right away.
He keeps you waiting for hours and then speaks to you for minutes. Don’t waste your time. Care Mount keeps only positive reviews.

We were referred by hudson valley hospital for my dad to get blasting of his kidney stone and directed to the hospital. they made my dad do all the tests, kept him there 7 hours and at the end said, "sorry we cannot do this procedure, come back next week..." Then the urologist there thomas Grimaldi, called my dad "you know, you are the biggest pain in the *ss" wow. thanks so much for nothing. we ended up being discharged and now we are trying to find a hospital that can help my dad with pain. its been 3 weeks now and no help at all. basically, they charged his insurance, collected money, and sent my dad on his way....so avoid at all costs.
