This company was recommended by Zagers for our new pool installation. This was the worst experience I have ever had. If you are a customer that likes to be hands on, then this company is for you. You will have to measure out where you want your pool, then you get to cut your own sod (they said they would take with them, but never did), then order a sand delivery from a gravel company (then they wont use all of the sand, so you need to find a use for what's left), have the crew show up with a 5 minute notice, then you will have to follow behind them and pick up the trash, boxes and screws left in your yard, then Nick will show up at your house at 8 pm to hook up the pump and filter. He wont knock on your door to talk to you about it, he will just sneak right out after its hooked up. The icing on the cake was hopping in the pool for our first swim, we were greeted with 5 machine screws inside the pool and the bottom of the pool isn't flat at all. Literally, not a flat spot. That makes it super easy to clean the pool! After a week after installation, the liner of the pool was sagging on the outside of the pool. I sent a picture to Nick and he said that its normal, just get some duct tape to hold it up.

Would not recommend this company. Nick hardly responds to messages. When the liner was not taught to the frame, he said he would be out to fix. Never came out. Second summer with our pool and we have tons of issues on the bottom of the pool as the sand is not flat and we have divots all over. It was overall a horrible experience and I wish zagers would stop using this company as I see bad reviews all over about Nick.

Steer clear of this company for your pool installation.

We used these guys to install our new liner per a recommendation and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. They were quick I'll give them that but everything else was very unprofessional and sloppy. They left screws all over our deck, they left trash from their lunches in our yard, one of their employees releved himself in our woods, and list goes on. We contacted the owner multiple times and only received a texted "sorry". I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible experience. Poor communication. No notice given and knock on the door when coming to work on the property. Think twice before using them.
