Hanover Stables

My boyfriend booked a trail ride for my birthday and we had a blast! Everyone at the stables was very nice and friendly. Our guide, Chris, took plenty of pictures for us along the way. It was a very peaceful and enjoyable ride. We loved getting to give the horses treats afterwards. We highly recommend Hanover Stables!

Tell me it’s a nice they have a horse camps lessons at horse camp there’s a horse name Molly she’s a sweet kind girl. If you also look around they also look around in a hayride and they also see Sandy Sandy unique color and she’s really pretty also there’s flash or so many horses that you can ride. They’re all so fun and so nice at the horse camp you guys have so much fun. They have really nice counselors. They are all really sweet.

If you want something fun and different, try a trail ride at Hanover Stables. I scheduled one recently for myself, our two adult sons, and one daughter-in-law. All non-riders. No worries. The horses used are seasoned pros and take excellent care of their passengers. The property provides great scenery. Our trail leader, Chris, instructed us on everything that we needed to know. Go ahead and book a ride. You'll be giving yourself a happiness pill!

Me and my wife did a trail ride today. It was my wife first ride and everything went perfect! We had a Great Trail Rider leader and trainer Jenna who was very professional and SO nice!! This was my 3rd trail ride over the last 5+ years. Thank you Jenna, Chris & Rachel for a Great Experience again!! Hanover Stables is a Beautiful place to visit and So many horses to see. We will be back soon.....

We recently celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday at Hanover Stables. We had a VERY large group of 4-5 year old kids attend and the party was AMAZING! Jennifer was so easy to work with. She was attentive, organized, accommodating, and so so kind. All of the staff/volunteers she had available that day were equally wonderful. My daughter and all of her friends had a blast and it was such a unique experience for many of them. There was so much for the kids to do and could not have asked for a better experience! I would do it again in a heart beat! This is a very special place.

I can’t express enough how much my son, best friend and I were during the trail ride. Mr Chris was very professional and so easy to talk to that you forget you just met him. All through the ride he knew where the horses were and easily showed us how to control the horse in whatever way we needed. Even before the trail ride was over we were already speaking about visiting again.

Had a great trail ride with Maggie. Jet, Rocky and Lady were well behaved. Very beautiful piece of property.

What a great time for a family! 1st time riders and the experience was so much fun. Our instructor Joe was accommodating and patient. Our horses Rocky, Sandy, Jet & Eugene were calm and ready to ride. Highly recommend this to anyone with patience and a willingness to listen. Hanover Stables gets 2 thumbs up from a 10yr/o for her Birthday present.

Amazing experience!!!!! Our instructor Joe was very kind and patient with us. We went with a group of people and some had never rode horses before. He explained everything we need to know and helped us out when we needed it. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a great time. Their horses were very well trained and we had no trouble!!!!!

I can't speak highly enough of Terri my instructor. I have multiple sclerosis and she has customized our lessons to accommodate me. At the same time, she is not afraid to tell me when something is beyond her knowledge base and would be more suited to therapeutic riding The horses are well taken care of and great. I had my daughter's 5th birthday party there and it was a fantastic venue. Highly recommend for lessons, b-day parties, leasing or boarding.

Hanover stables was mentioned when I asked a friend about where I can do a pony party for my 4 year old . I went first to see the farm and was pleased with how well cared for the horses were . I was raised with horses . This is a true family horse farm. The cost for the party was 100% comparable with that of a birthday party anywhere else . (Power of play, ect . ) Hanover stables stands out in that they made sure each child could enjoy the party equally . My son has Down syndrome and our friends are of all abilities . If they know any needs in advance they are prepared to accommodate them .
The feedback I received from each of our guests was that they had an amazing time and their children haven’t stopped talking about their good time .
We whole heartedly recommend Hanover Stables to any and everyone !
Side note to the experience of a family farm . When I realized I forgot my birthday candles , they went and got some from the house . Very personable people .

Kind and knowledge of all things horse! Very friendly and laid back staff. What beautiful horses, with great personality. We'll kept stable and plenty of pasture I definitely will go on a trail ride soon

Hanover Stables is amazing! Wonderful staff, well cared for horses, and such a great facility. Their head instructor Terri is absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend for all riders.

BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! My niece and I traveled from the ATL area to NC to visit family... I had pre-booked a trail ride with another company approximately 20 mins from Hanover Stables... Unfortunately the other company was incredible UNSAFE (I will leave it there). We drove to Hanover Stables just hoping they could fit us in on a trail ride... Looking around I knew they were completely booked with other trail rides, lessons, and parties... But Chris fit us in with a wonderdul guide (Joe) who stayed after hours just to accommodate our party of 4... They are professional, SAFE, educated, down to earth, great people... We will definitely return... I can't thank you enough!!!!

I'm so impressed with this facility for my daughters riding lessons! The set up is great. Jill is a wonderful instructor, very knowledgeable, patient, and SO nice!

Best barn in area....my 12 y.o. daughter has going to Hanover Stables since she was 5. She loves every single minute she is there! The summer camps are awesome too.

This is a beautiful facility! The staff, riders, boarders, and animals were all so friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed a nice trail ride. This would be a great place to have an event!

My daughter rides at the stables and the staff and volunteers are so welcoming. Ms Barb MCNinch is the instructor who teaches my daughter and she is 5. She is so passionate in what she does as a teacher. I give them 5 stars!
