I have used life storage across the country.Their prices can't be beat and their facilities are always clean. They're follow-up.Calls are always very helpful in fact, They realized that I had reserved the wrong Type of storage and really saved my bacon For an upcoming rental

Super easy and convenient to reserve the perfect unit, and very handy to be able to purchase packing supplies right there in the office. Ron also got us set up on autopay, so not only do not have to worry about our stuff in storage, we don't have to worry about missing a payment with our busy schedules! Thanks, Ron!

Customer service here is always the best. I can always count on Ron and the staff here to take care of things. Facility is well lit and clean. Just be mindful of the gate , it takes a minute to move.

Ron was cool. I gave him a specific time. Which I ended up running late. He gave me a call and even helped me with the directions on how to get there. Appreciate him for that.

I contacted this storage unit back in December 2023 to get info and price compare. I’ve never had to use a storage unit so I had no idea where to start. My initial call was greeted by the store manager who was so helpful and answered all my questions and offered information and advice that I didn’t know to ask for.

I later realized I had more stuff than I thought and needed another unit. So now I have 2 units, one inside in the temperature controlled building and one outside.

Moving ahead to today almost 2 months later, I have had so many personal snags and setbacks but they have continued to offer their services, assistance and advice during my move which has turned into a relocation. I needed another unit that I did not anticipate. Adding on an additional unit was seamless and without hassle, seemingly understandable to the curve balls life throws at you.

The grounds and the units are clean, easily accessible from outside. Making moving stuff in very smooth and efficient. I have an inside unit as well that is a bit more painful to access because of the elevators and the doors you have to access with a code every time you enter. This is great once your belongings are all moved in. But to enter a code every time you access the door while trying to move large pieces of furniture in can really test your patience. It’s better to have furniture inside where it’s temperature controlled, it’s just not as convenient to access.

Excellent customer service and very clean and well lit storage area. I would highly recommend. Don is great!

Ron is GREAT!!! Exceptional service, great attitude, truly goes above and beyond for customers. He made sure everything with my account was set up and helped me with my unit.

I spoke with a representative named Angela at the Cheektowaga, Cuyuga location, she was extremely helpful, and assisted me with my care.

I would definitely recommend Life Storage facilities, and use again if necessary.

I've been using the Life Storage at 550 Cayuga for the last several years, and since I started, I've never been let down by them when problems arose. The lot is always perfectly cleared in winter, I've never had any issue with damages from the elements (very strong climate control in the units), the units are sturdy, kept extremely clean and cordoned from each other, and kept extremely secure (gates, plus 2 factors of identification to enter, coded doors, cameras, and packlocked units themselves..)

I have a giant unit for insanely cheap for what I have (especially compared to other storage options in Buffalo), and even after years, it's been a wonderful deal for the quality of the unit and the space given. (not to mention the convenience of being across the street from the airport!)

I love that I can come at any time of day or night, in any weather, load or reorganize whatever I need, and pack up and be off. It's pretty quiet, too, so I have a lot of privacy in my space here.

Ron and Angela have always been extremely professional, expedient, and courteous when it comes to managing my unit (I was able to move to another unit in the lot very fast when I needed to switch spaces!), and haven't failed to meet and help solve any issues I had with my unit in all the years I've had their service (fixing a broken latch just 15 minutes after I report it isn't service you'd find anywhere else)

Anyway, I don't see myself switching to any other storage options any time soon, so long as I have things to store. It's more convenient than my own garage at my house LOL

The manager was awesome! I needed storage at the last minute and managed to get a decent sized unit for the things that needed to be stored.
