McDonald's

I was traveling and stopped at McDonald's for a quick lunch. I placed my order and went and sat down to wait. They came to tell me that the fish machine was acting up and they wouldn't be able to make my fish sandwich and could I order something else. I asked for two small burgers instead. They refunded the difference and I sat down with my two burgers to eat. 2 minutes later they came over to my table with a fish sandwich for me because the machine had been repaired. It was a very nice gesture and I appreciate it.

Possibly due to each store being independently owned, this location has deals on the app that no other stores in the area have. There is a McDonald's a half a mile from my house, but I will make the drive here for the value alone. Service time can be hit and miss depending on how busy it is, but that can be expected.

The Sellersburg location was super quick in the drive thru today plus they dropped FRESH fries so they were HOT, just the way we like them 😊. Thank you!
Can’t go wrong with quick McDonalds to eat lunch and work at your desk at the same time!

We asked for fresh fries and they came out super hot with the perfect amount of salt. The guys on the intercom and the window were very cool and it was super quick

I'd had a really hard day and was ready to pick up our grandchildren for the weekend. I had a little extra time so I stopped at McDonald's for a coffee and fries. It was the nicest half hour of the day by that time. The people were nice and helpful. The coffee was great! And the fries were hot. 👍

We have a large family and pretty difficult orders because most are picky eaters...I'm going to give you guys a Kudos because you did a pretty great job on our large difficult order. Thank you for being attentive to our needs!

The morning crew for breakfast is great. Excellent service and the breakfast items are well prepared. Good biscuits.

On vacation and staying at a hotel nearby, I’ve been coming here daily for my coffees and they’ve all been delicious, hot and fresh. Staff is friendly, quick and seemingly always busy (probably because the drive thru is very busy most of the time). Tried the breakfast burrito a couple of times and they’re delicious, hot and filling - highly recommend those for sure. Went once for dinner with the family and we comfortably fed 2 adults and 2 kids for under $20, great value, good service and convenient location. Only issue I could see with each visit was that almost the entire staff is focused on the drive thru, which is understandable since it is very busy. Park your car, walk inside and watch as everyone is waiting, while you’re enjoying your meal and laughing all the way to yum town!

I really gotta give it to em, this used to be the slowest McDonald's ever. It got very busy and they just didn't have the staff to handle it. Now, it feels like even if there's six cars in front of me I'm not waiting that long. The people there are nice and I'm rarely missing stuff from my order.

The food was good, the dining area was very clean.

I've been here a couple of times over the last couple of days. I will say that it was a great experience. Order was taken fast, and I didn't spend too much time (maybe 2-3 minutes) in the drive-thru before I had the food and was driving away. Great!

I was in a tour bus and they let me go up to the window and order. The employees were super nice. Sonny and his team do a great job!

It's McDonald's! Although I will say that all McDonald's are although created equal do not end up that way long term.

Very fast service and friendly staff. I always get fresh hot food everytime.

It was empty there, nobody sitting down, except for one older gentleman. Staff was friendly. My grandson & I enjoyed our lunch. A fella that took our order was working the front taking orders & taking drive through orders, a very good multi tasker. He did a great job.

The burgers were delicious. I really feel for the people trying to run this location. There wasn't enough staff to open up the dining room. The guys at the drive thru were handling things like real troopers.
