The bartista with the piercings and wavy hair. She was very patient, professional and friendly. I had no idea what I was ordering. Thank you lady for the patience. My latte is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

I recently received a gift card for Starbucks and decided to visit this location, surprisingly I was able to drive up and place my order ( Usually busy) traffic etc.. anyhow I ordered the dragon fruit refresher ( Venti drink) with light ice and coconut milk, DELICIOUS!! You won’t regret it. Customer service is amazing and I will plan on stopping back soon!

Another Starbucks in my quest to collect been there series mugs

The best Starbucks in the greater Manchester area. The staff is friendly, service is good, and quality is consistent. The only problem is the parking lot. The designer of this parking lot needs to find a new job!

Though somewhat difficult to access due to traffic patterns, this location does have a drive-thru and has expedient and friendly service.

Very friendly and prompt staff. Nice store layout. The coffee was piping hot. Parking is tight in front but there was plenty in the back.

I got my usual coffee through the drive thru: no complaints.

This is my go to store. The staff here is great and welcoming. Store is airy, spacious and clean. Usually well stocked with anything you want. The only downside is parking. The lot is really small and tight. Getting in and out can take some time!

Brianna was so helpful with my large order and did an amazing job!! I appreciate her patience and consistent. Keep the good work staff!

Coffee tasted great, but what is awesome about this location is the seating. So many comfortable chairs and it wasn’t too packed, so I could snatch a comfy one and truly enjoy my Smoked Butterscotch Latte. The employees were very friendly as well, which always helps. If this location was closer to home, I would definitely make it a point to return.

This is my go to Starbucks. Sometimes the employees are moody but no one is in a good mood 100% of the time. Overall love this place

First time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised that the car in front of me paid for my drink! Unfortunately there was no one behind me to pay it forward but I will be paying for someone when I go tomorrow! Totally make my whole day!

Excellent experience tonight, the staff was amazing. The store was in tip top shape which is very consistent from location to location but what really made the place stand out were the extraordinarily pleasant and very personable personnel. My coffee was delicious and my brother and his girlfriend enjoyed theirs as well. Thanks for making my day!

Great service. The barista was friendly and recommended the praline winter special drink - which was on point! I usally never stray from the peppermint mocha. She said if I didn't like it I could get my usual, which allowed me to break out of my comfort zone! Needless to say, they did not need to make me a new one because the recommendation was so good!

Staff has always been patient and diligent. Never had any problems or errors on my orders. Location is okay, the inside is kinda spacious compared to other Starbucks.

A wonderful Starbucks location overall!

First, the people (partners) are friendly and patient. I love seeing my favorites (shoutout to Gwen, Kevin, Devoney!) and everyone else rocks too. I always feel that customer connection that Starbucks talks about here.

Second, the interior is spacious and beautiful. Plenty of choice of seats with plugs and lots of big windows. It's a great place to visit with friends, have a small meeting, or (my favorite) study!

The only weird thing is the drive-thru. But if you've been to a Starbucks, you already know a weird drive-thru seems to be a requirement. Customers here are polite and do let you escape the parking lot!

Great! It's always consistently, every time without exception, exactly what you order. There's no chance it's burnt or the wrong order. Very much unlike Dunkin they actually care about their customers. And FYI a regular cup of coffee is less expensive at Starbucks than DD. You get what you pay for here. You will get an actual barista making your non-burnt, exceptionally, made to order, coffee. Thanks for reading and hopefully this helps you kick the DD burnt coffee addiction.

Kelsey and Brianna made my week. I’m from Canada and I came down to the US for a funeral. I was stressing out, my canadian card wasn’t working, and I was late to start the twelve hour drive back home. Despite all of that the entire time I was in the store - they made me feel welcome and comfortable, like I was a regular. They’re some of the sweetest people I’ve met and this location is lucky to have them! Thanks again!
