I just got my car from Jay and it has been a smooth and easy process, from start to finish. I gave him a call that I wanted to check out the car, and he was more than willing to wait for me despite nearing his closing time.

I also wanted to have a peace of mind that the car was in good shape, and scheduled an inspection at an independent mechanic. Jay was happy to accommodate the inspection and even offered to send it to the mechanic to save me the trip. When the mechanic pointed out the minor flaws in his report, Jay offered to quickly fix them by the following day. He even sent pictorial proof of the work done on the car (the new parts and having them installed by a shop). I was able to pick up the car in the late afternoon, with the car ready to be driven off.

Overall, Jay is a very pleasant and calm salesman who is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. It was definitely a great experience and he was never pushy at any point in time. I would recommend Jay and Fancy Rides to anyone who's looking for a relaxing and easy used car shopping experience.
