Cooper Riverside Park

We went here to listen to the Mobile Pops and watch 4th of July fireworks. There was plenty of parking within a few blocks of the park. The park has a beautiful view of the Mobile River. It is also home to a museum and a cruise line terminal. There was plenty of space to walk around. There is no admission fee and is family friendly.

This was a beautiful harbor area. Lots of places to park and walk around with the family and also take photos. Plenty of shade and all in all a great place to visit of you are looking to take some harbor photos.

Wonderful....great food...music...family...what more can you ask for...really enjoyed myself but it started getting to hot...I left early.

Such a beautiful Park by the river. You can walk quite a ways and see sculptures or just sit on a bench and watch the cruise ships go by. We ended up at Gulf Quest National Maritime Museum. That day they had a replica ship of the Niña - one of the ship Christopher Columbus said on to the Americas.

It being right on the water it was breath taking, pleasant, could have stayed there all day long.

Love this place. I hardly come downtown so I forget its here. Wish I could go more often. Neat place indeed!

I love nature. Here you will find a river surrounded by industry. I’ve added a photo that looks west from said river.

Nice hidden park in the cluttered downtown area. Great riverfront location, shaded areas for picnics, nice restroom facilities.

Gorgeous park by the bay! Nice spot for a wedding. It has a view of a ship building company across the water. Carnival Fantasy was docked and boarding when we were there. It was amazing to watch and see the size of the ship. Best of all, it is adjacent to Gulf Quest. It's a maritime museum that's amazing.

Nice quietly place to take a walk, run or fish off the pier.

Very cool park along the river. You can park under the convention center next door. Prices vary but when we went parking was only a dollar. The park has a restroom, some benches and nice grassy areas. You can check out the ships being built at Austal and watch the tug boats pass. Watch for porpoises and other marine life.

Nice little spot to come and unwind and clear your mind. From what I saw, it was clean.
