Theresia and Alex helped me so much. They both worked very heard to ensure that I was happy with my order. I stopped in and Alex helped me look at the equipment. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Theresia and Alex had to order me a walker that wasn't available in the store. After I ordered it, it arrived 2 days later. I live 45 miles away and I'm so grateful that I was able to have this walker delivered to my home.

Purchase a scooter through RXPRO. They were very professional. When my scooter that was send to my house became defective from the manufacture who did not respond to help. Juilo from RXPRO came to help. We took back the scooter and loan me another till he is able to get a new one back for me from the manufacture. What above and beyond service 5 stars

Best customer service! I needed a pediatric wheelchair quickly and was having zero luck locating one. I called and Julio called several suppliers and found the only pediatric wheelchair in stock at a warehouse in Dallas. He had it at the store in 12 hours!!!

Personable & professional. Both the pharmacist and his assistant answered all my questions and recommended products that fit my need. Was able to get what I needed quickly and for a good price. I’m glad I shopped local, and will continue to do so.
