I’ve bought over 27 planes from this company over the years. Just read others complaints. Don’t listen to them, if they don’t have the plane in stock? They give you options on another plane in stock! Or they will refund your money. They never treated us wrong. We Love this hobby store. My option, Their the best priced RC planes out their!! Excellent quality!! I plan on buying more in the future!!!

I ordered the f4u corsair on the 8th @ 9:30 am, by 3:30 pm the item was ordered and shipped! I received the airplane the NEXT DAY at 10:15am. You can't find better service than that!!!
Plane was in excellent condition when received. General Hobby is a great place to purchase any hobbyists needs.

I am a repeat costumer and I am happy with the Customer Service from Richard, I have never had a problem with him or his company. I have bought several planes and accessory's including the Beast 30cc biplane and the S Bach 30 cc aerobatic plane.
I picked up one of my planes and had one shipped. They were both in great condition with useful accessories included. I will continue to buy from Richard.

I placed my order with General hobby on tues and received it on the following Monday, double boxed and in excellent condition. I received an email confirmation and began tracking that evening. Very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be using them in the future.

I have ordered 4 planes from General Hobby. Shipping wasn't ever more than 20 dollars. I got the F-4 Phantom, Corsair, Cessna and now the T-6 Texan ll.
They all shipped fast and are nice quality!

I see Alot of bad reviews, and I hope they have all been remedied, I purchased a Dynam PBY catalina from General Hobby and asked to be called prior to shipping to confirm and Richard, did just so and Thank you so much, Received in 1 week with nothing damaged!

Received yak 55 in 3 days as promised. Came to house as promised. Plane was complete with good quality. Downloaded and printed instruction manual. This is my 4th airplane I have received with
good quality for the price. Will order other planes with general hobbies.

Got the B-17 in Silver...Plane arrived quickly and in good condition...AND $40 cheaper than any other site that had it in stock, INCLUDING shipping. Paint is a bit better than expected, actually. Not perfect, but I plan on weathering anyway. Panel lines are clean and small...a huge relief seeing some of the huge gaps in some other B-17's I've seen on YT. DID come with decals pre-installed as well. Most people will probably like this...I was planning on a custom scheme, but just an fyi.
No issues with service or shipping whatsoever. Will order from General again! Thanks!!!

My son recently bought two rc planes from this website without asking for permission. So I email Richard saying about the inconvenience. Richard emailed me back with in 20 minutes or so very politely saying he could refund the order. And after about a minute or two the order was refunded!!!!!! Very great Customer service by Richard!!!!! Thank you again!

Richard yen, really takes the effort to try to help you out, when you have an issue. He has helped me in the past, and he is helping me with an issue that I am having at this time with a b-25 Mitchell. What you need to understand is he orders them planes etc from China and it's them that need to do the right things for us here in the states, and make sure that they quality control everything that they send out to us. Ordered two planes this time and they arrived four days later, exactly as described and pictured. Everything I have ordered from this places has been quick to arrive and exactly as promised. Can honestly recommend this store based on my experience with them.

Gotta make your own decisions, but my sole experience has been fine. I bought a Dynam Albatros DV for a good price, it was shipped the next day and showed up in 5.

I ordered the B-17 "Flying Fortress" 72''/1875mm Warbird PNP Silver not only did it get here fast it was packed very well,this was like five or six days before the end of the year.I didn't think I would see it tell 2018 its OUTSTANDING !!!!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!! looks almost to nice to fly you guys rock.I will be back for a few more in the new year.Happy holidays and thanks again .
